1697 The Bluffs is located in building 4 of Bluff Villas. Guests initially enter 1697 The Bluffs by walking up the staircase for Building 4 of Bluff Villas to the third floor. (Note: there are no elevators in this complex.) Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door of unit 1697, you will enter the villa's dining area and living room. You can access the kitchen and the hallway to the primary suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom from the living room. You may access the covered deck from the living room.
NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.
Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot. More details can be found at seapinestrolley . com, and we will include information in the welcome packet provided with your reservation.

It was a great place to stay. Beach across the street. Got to see the Dolphin’s feeding in the morning towards the point. View of the beach through the trees. Steps from Salty Dogs and live music. Perfect location. If you stay, make sure to get up early and sit on the porch for the deer migration. We will definitely book again.

The South Beach location is great with a nice balcony. We had a couple of problems with the condo that made it seem as though it hadn’t been inspected for a while.
