Greenwood Forest also has its own community pool, tennis court and playground which are only a few minutes away from the home by bike, car or foot. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor on which all of the rooms of the home are located. The entryway connects to the family room, living room and hallway to the home's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The family room connects to the kitchen, which connects to the dining area and living room. You can access the back deck and private hot tub from the dining area, living room and master suite. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace is NOT available for guest use. Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
