Absolutely amazing

The place has an amazing garden and In the middle of town. All restaurants, bars walking distance. Very big enough and very clean. Owner, Vanessa, super friendly and helpful. She guided us about everything (shopping, taxi, food)

Kitchen amenities would have been better.

Convenient location with parking and a little swimming pool right in Santa Teresa.

The apartment was right off of the main strip of Santa Teresa. So getting around was easy. There was off street parking available to us. It wasn’t as well equipped as many of the AirBNBs are, but we were comfortable and had a nice stay.

Needing keys to lock the door from the inside and having the front door being a sliding glass door was a little odd. And the kitchen was missing some things that we needed. And there is some ambient noise from motorcycles going by. But overall it’s a pretty good stay.

Amazing

What a great experience we had here. Riki the owner is a typical hospitable Italian who will make you feel really welcome in his place. We felt like a member of his family!! Even when we checked out we could use the pool and his own appartment to change and he made us the best gnocchi we ever tasted. Thank you Riki for making us feel so welcome, we defenitly are coming back to you and Ambrogio!

Super comfy apartment to live the Santa Teresa Vibe

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment and we can say it was perfectly clean. also, the cleaning lady came every 2 days during our stay and cleaned which was very comfortable! The kitchen was fully equipped, it was very practical to be able to cook once in a while. The bathroom was very modern and spacious. The location is absolutely perfect for everyone who doesn’t want to drive every day or have long walking distances and wants to be part of the Santa Teresa night life, as it’s right in front of a beach entrance and also right where the magic in Santa Teresa happens! Everything just a few minutes Walk: nice bars with live music, good restaurants, cool shops, surf school, ATV Or bike rentals. Also to mention is Rikkis wonderful and nice hospitality, he helped us with any kind of questions we had, so we would feel happy and welcome, thanks again!

If someone needs it to be more quiet like less traffic noise for example should check out places further away of the Main Street.

Definitely reach out to make sure your arrival day/time are confirmed well ahead of time

Was a very nice, spacious place with a beautiful balcony to hang out on. Good location, close to a main part of town. Had a huge safe to lock lots of things in. Didn't have to travel too far down the rocky road to get to off the main road.

Didn't seem quite ready for my arrival. Wifi wasn't working, one air conditioner wasn't working and the other air conditioner broke the first night. Both were fixed quickly though. Didn't know what the process was upon arrival as there was a locked gate and no one there to let me in. Luckily we flagged someone passing by to get the person to come let us in. Neighbor had a very yappy dog.

Great space and good location

Spacious facilities, large sunny balcony, comfortable bed and air conditioning in good working order. Excepcional location, close to the beach, good restaurants and trendy places

The shower is not good - little water flow and difficult to measure the temperature. Cleaning could be better, especially of kitchen utensils - some affected by the salty air, could be changed.

Stayed at APT 3

Great location. Hot water everywhere. Lots of kitchen utilities. Air conditioning in all apt spaces.

No actual parking (but owner gave options). If you are not a cat/dog person its going to be uncomfortable because there are cats that go in and out of the apartment. The shower clogged a little (but owner came to help ASAP). If you are going don’t forget matches!

I loved the place and location, my friend and I had a great time! It is walking distance from stores, restaurants and the beach. The apartment has a beautiful balcony and good space. We travelled with a dog and he had a good time too. I can't wait for our next visit.

The location is amazing, Riccardo reveived us nicely, he was very helpful and willing to advise us.

The rooms were not sound proof. Out of 3 nights, we were woken up 2 nights by the immense number of birds that were haunting the restaurant next door.

A great stay for an affordable price

Riki was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms where comfortable and very clean. Also the Location was Perfect! A two minute walk to the beach, stores and restaurants.
