There is also a newly renovated bathroom on the bottom floor with a large bath. On the bottom there is a large leather lounge with a wood burning combustion heater along with a large dining table and kitchen breakfast bench and stools. The top floor has reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. The engine room leads out to a huge out door entertaining deck with a built in bar and barbecue. and a outdoor dining area covered by hanging wisteria looking out over uninterrupted views of the countryside. In total there are 4 plasma televisions, a docking station, a DVD player and PlayStation, a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, two bathrooms a laundry with a washer and dryer and a third toilet. The Mill is on approx 3 acres so plenty of privacy and parking. Please note as this property is on several levels with a lot of stairs it may not be considered suitable for young children or people with mobility issues, it is also mezzanine floors so not a lot of privacy.
