G203 is a bright, airy, beautifully decorated, fully furnished 2nd floor condo with one bedroom, one bath. The unit sleeps 4 people, featuring a queen-size bed and queen-size sofa bed. Military personnel receive a 10% discounted rate. The 2nd-floor unit features a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool complex. The balcony receives morning sun and is the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee and listen to the ocean waves breaking on the shore before beginning the day. This ocean-side unit just a 6-minute walk directly to the beach via a private access area. The complex amenities include THREE POOLS - a newly renovated indoor/outdoor pool and a second ocean-side pool. Also included are a newly renovated and expanded exercise room (open 9 am to 6 pm), 2 tennis courts, and multiple BBQ areas with picnic tables. The unit offers two flat-screen TVs with cable, a Blu-ray Disc/DVD player capable of streaming from your Netflix, HULU, and other media outlets, and has wi-fi internet access. The kitchen is fully stocked, including oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, washer, and dryer. There are several restaurants close by, one within walking distance.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was the perfect location. Everything was well organized and clean. We had both warm and cold weather, but even when it was cold the indoor pool was perfect, and the beach was close enough to go on short walks.

One-bedroom condo was just as described…maybe even better! Pebble Beach was a beautiful and well-taken-care-of complex with wonderful amenities. The condo was clean and well-appointed. The owners made great use of the space and paid attention to every detail, which made for an enjoyable visit to Emerald Isle!

Property was as listed. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Ideal for a couple or family with small children. Short walk to the beach, quiet area, enjoyed walks on the beach early morning and early evening.

This was our third visit to this property - it is a well appointed condo- we especially like that every time we visit we can see the improvements the owners have made. It is very comfortable for two people, and has virtually everything you might need for your stay. The only problem we had was the cleaning wasn’t up to par - the bathroom clearly had been skipped and we wondered if perhaps there was a miscommunication with the owner and his cleaning staff. This owner has been very responsive in the past and I did let him know to avoid similar problems in the future.

Kelvins place was great. Location was perfect being so close to the beach. You just have to walk across the parking lot and you’re there! My only complaint is that the bed didn’t seem like a queen. It was a little smaller. Everything else was wonderful!!

This location was wonderful, the condo property was everything a little family could want, excellent beach access points, two outdoor one indoor pools, close to grocery shopping and dozens of restaurants mini golf it really was just wonderful! Property was exactly as described we had plenty of room and everything we needed. Kitchen was thoughtfully supplied we made most of our meals on site. Owner was communicative and attentive to all of our needs. Would visit again!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and condo/townhouse was beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and safe. Would definitely stay here again. The amenities were plentiful and appreciated. Pool was wonderful, great balcony views and close to everything we needed. Loved it. No complaints. Wished we had an ice maker but definitely not a deal breaker.

This property exceeded our expectations. Everything was so organized and clean. Detailed documents were provided explaining the unit thoroughly. The location was perfect! Our close family owns a condo in the same complex so being there together was a plus. After a long day at the beach it was nice to come back to a comfortable, well decorated, fully stocked condo. Thank you for an incredible week! We plan to be back next year!

Property was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! Large enough for a couple, one person or single parent with child/teen. Very clean and so tastefully decorated with everything beach like. Pools were very nice, property grounds were very clean, well kept and colorful with foliage and flowers. There is no view of the ocean from the condo balcony and it is about a 7 minute walk to the beach however the walk is easily accessible via sidewalks throughout the property grounds. Owner was very easy to communicate with. No complaints at all, will definitely book with them again on my next trip to Emerald Isle.

Property was clean, convenient to stores, had an indoor and outdoor pool (2) and was close enough to the ocean while sitting on the balcony at night you can hear to waves crashing to the shore. Owner was great; responsive and kind. There were board games, TV with Netflix, and plenty of space for 3 ppl in the unit. Wonderful experience!

I found the property as advertised. I'd stay there again. The only glitch was the access code to unlock the door. It was not in any emails. I guess I expected I'd be given the access code to the door once I'd gained entrance to the community at the gate to the community (the owner is called via a "call box"). I had to message the owner for the code. It took roughly 10 to 15 minutes for them to respond. Not the end of the world, just a frustration after driving 5 hours. Hopefully, this feedback will resolve this in the future if it's an issue. Again, great stay. No complaints.

This was the perfect size for the two of us to take long weekend get-a-way. It was in a great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, activities, shops and the most we enjoyed, the private access to the beach. Everything needed was there, just bring your food and drinks. The host was wonderful and kept us updated on things before we got there.

The property was very clean. The whole facility was very nice too - clean and maintained well. The pools and beach access were nice. Having a heated indoor pool was a plus in the early morning. The walls were so thin that normal conversations of neighbors were overheard, and the bed was uncomfortably firm.

We've stayed at Pebble Beach several times over the last 15 years but this was the first time in the last 5 years and this was a wonderful condo. It was so great having a washer and dryer. We have a wonderful week and will definitely be back.
