The room is impeccable with a perfect amount of daylight and blackening curtains if you prefer it dark; it is also equipped with a flat screen tv with cable, wi-fi, a brand new full size bed and linen, a chair, ample closet and a small desk, private bathroom with shower. If you are coming for a trip in the city this room is ideal for you. And it is a lovely way to spend the evening with the one you love most dining at the outdoor terrace. This place is perfect for someone who wants to get a local experience of living in the city of San Salvador. Our perfect location allows you to travel in the city of San Salvador but also to the mountains and the beach side. If you are into the city, we are of 10 mins distance of Plaza El Salvador del Mundo, National University and to shopping malls/ food squares like Torre Futura, Zona Rosa, Multiplaza & La Gran Vía. There´s something for everyone in El Salvador, and while you travel by day to hike the mountains of El Boquerón, Cerro Verde, or Volcan de Santa Ana, you can still come back to your home in the city so you can enjoy by night the life in San Salvador. Let's not forget about our beautiful beaches which are some of the best ones for surfing in the whole world, If you stay at our place you can visit the beaches of Costa del Sol, El Tunco and La Libertad which are only of 30 to 40 mins distance. Guests have access to their bedroom, private bathroom and to the terrace that is next to their room. You can easily access the terrace and small garden by opening the sliding door. They also have access to the shared spaces. Outside the room guests also have access to the kitchen for recooking meals, laundry room (laundry washing machine and place to dry clothes), dining room, living rooms and parking space.

Awesome house, peaceful, beautil, clean. Owner, Tita, was a wonderful host, helpful, cordial, friendly. I loved staying there.

Corporate should be ashamed to have this property listed this are room rented with no privacy and comfort. Complete rip off. Embarrassed that I even looked at this place. I stayed 3 days , complete nightmare. The superficial arrangement to fix the misrepresentation of the property never took place. Did not even receive an apology.
