The staff at the front desk was outstanding!
Furnishings were worn. Everywhere!
Couch in our room was soooo low you had to put one cushion on top of the other to be comfortable.
Bathroom was a strange shape so that closing the door was awkward.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. There were no real breakfast or café amenities at the hotel, and despite staying for several days, our room was not properly cleaned. We were told that housekeeping would clean the room on the third day of our stay, but the room remained dirty.
Even more frustrating, when we asked the staff for fresh towels, we were told that they did not have any available. For a hotel stay of several days, basic housekeeping and clean towels should be expected.
There were also very limited food options at the hotel. Thankfully, there was a Panera Bread and Starbucks nearby; otherwise, there would have been virtually nothing convenient to eat.
Overall, the lack of housekeeping, fresh towels, and basic food amenities made the stay far less comfortable than expected.
What I disliked most about the stay was the lack of basic hotel services and amenities.
