I selected this place for its location - on the water facing the ferry pier as we were heading to Capri the next morning. Easy walk to the ferries. Loved the location. Some difficulty getting the door open - it's a tricky lock - but nothing bad or serious; just challenging. The room was great. A couple of restaurants in the building along the boardwalk where we sat into the night. Street musicians played. Good food.
As noted above, a challenging entrance door to unlock but that just was a challenge.

Very nice location, 15 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes to major touristic places, 10 minutes from ferry station if you are exploring the coast/islands.
The host was really helpful whenever I needed. Fast answering messages even late sunday time.
The bedroom is standard, comfy bed and nice shower.
The building has a doorman and they are a little bit rude, maybe because i didnt speak italian.
The breakfast rules are confusing, and the lady over there is a little bit rude too. Apparently you can only eat the leftover from the other day!
