Close-by pizzerias, university, seaside.
The area is like the whole city, zero exterior investments. Indoor however italians have taken care of their properties.

Clean, quiet, and close by a very good supermarket to get provisions for the evening meal
The shuttle service was excellent and the pick up arrangements were clear.

I had a really pleasant stay in Naples. The place was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring the city. The location was excellent situated in a nice and peaceful neighborhood, yet still very close to the port, making it convenient for getting around or planning trips.
Overall, a great balance between comfort, cleanliness, and location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Naples

Location was perfect and the room was clean.
We booked a double room. there should be a bidet in the bathroom and a desk in the room, but they gave us a standard double room which is cheaper and smaller than we booked. The room and especially the bathroom is very small that it was difficult to move. The bath sink leaks to the room. B&B is in the second floor, you need to climb lots of stairs.
