The balcony on the higher floor was fantastic. Being up on the 8th floor gave us a great view of the street below, especially in the early morning and late at night. The receptionist was incredibly lovely and helpful throughout our stay, always making sure we had everything we needed. The property itself had a charming atmosphere and a really convenient location, and while it’s around a 10–15 minute Grab ride from the main city centre, it’s still very accessible to everything else, making it easy to get around and explore.
The only downside was that the walls were quite thin, and we ended up with noisy neighbours during our stay. It wasn’t a major issue, but definitely something to be aware of. Aside from that, everything else was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Da Nang and would highly recommend it.
All of the staff were absolutely excellent, reception and housekeeping.— incredibly friendly, welcoming, hardworking and always willing to help. My room was serviced every day, with fresh towels provided daily, and the staff always greeted me with a genuine, friendly smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their helpfulness and professionalism really made my stay.
The location is also fantastic. It is close to the beach and, as a solo female traveller, I felt very safe walking around the area alone, including in the evenings.
Through no fault of the hotel, a local resident’s ties a yapping dog to a post and allows the dog to bark continuously for up to an hour every morning (15 nights) from around 5.30am each morning. The owner of the dog showed little consideration for guests and surrounding residents.
It would be helpful for someone to ask the dog owner to consider others sleeping at this time and not allow the dog bark continuously for up to an hour every morning.
