About this apartment rental
Sunny, private walkout MIL apartment in a tree lined cul-de-sac near the river in a beautiful SLC area neighborhood. The space has been renovated and a new deck with railing is installed. The bedroom has a king bed, and a comfortable memory foam queen sleeper sofa is in the living room. Enjoy 760 ft. of space with plenty of seating and a large flatscreen TV with Apple TV. A washer/dryer and complementary coffee and tea are provided for your convenience. Located just three minutes from the freeway, you’ll have easy access to downtown and our world class mountains.
This is a completely private, quiet, and secluded attached apartment to my home that is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Guests enter through the private back entrance using a preassigned door code. Please follow the rose-lined path along the south side of the house, to the right of the garage, and continue around to the backyard. Step up onto the porch (two steps) to access the entry door.

Great stay, the property was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! Great location to explore Alta/snowbird and solitude. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Thx Rachel we really enjoyed our stay!

The location of this rental couldn’t be better - perfect for skiing anywhere in the SLC area. Close to everything you’d need as a visitor. The owners were very responsive to a couple of tiny things, and were extremely respective of our privacy. It’s an apartment that’s attached to their home, and everything about it is private. We got a dusting of snow one day we were there, and their teenaged son shoveled our private sidewalk very early in the morning. Lovely family, lovely apartment - couldn’t be better!

This mother-in-law apartment is well appointed & great!
Master shares wall with garage - noise & vibration from closing heavy garage door to house can be heard (only excessive one morning). Bed was very comfortable! Sharing water heater with home occupants. Last am, no hot water. Owner was kind enough to compensate. Be careful in the shower non slip mat in place but still can be slippery. Owner shoveled walk after snow which was awesome but forgot to sweep the slush off the steps. Luckily it melted instead of freezing. Unfortunately my husband clogged the toilet & didn’t have a plunger available to take care of it.
Large driveway makes parking, coming & going a breeze
We wanted to stay here again last week but it was all booked up : (
