Very good apart from lack of air conditioner

Great location, clean and very close to the harbour port area

The air conditioner unit did not work properly. It seemed to have been restricted to circulate air only so being a fourth floor apartment was baking hot. Fans provided some respite but feel the price should have reflected the restriction as it impacted our comfort at night.

The very center, quiet, safe

In general, the apartment is nice, well-kept. Location - the very center, safe. It was clean enough. Equipped okay. The problem is the staircase itself and the main door to the apartment. And the entrance door to the building (it's very hard to open). And the staircase looks like something out of a horror movie, and it still smells of some kind of kebab from the neighboring pub. Probably because there are holes in the wall on the staircase, through which you can literally see the premises next door... :D

Nice but with some unexpected problems

The appartement is nice, comfortable and clean. Bed OK, bathroom OK, kitchen OK. The situation at Vieux Port is a good place The house itself is old and seems a bit run down but once inside the appartement it is very OK

There has been a problem with the intrance door because it is depending on a code and the electricity fell off, so we had to wait for the owner to get in. There was apparently a general problem with the internet, so we could not work from the appartement which was a problem for us. The owner brought us a mobilephone to be able to connect but the 2 first days we were without internet connection Some smell from the downstairs restaurant too...

Cheap, but it could be much better

The location was good, but noisy at night, since people were parting around

The pictures of the apartment were accurate, but there wasn't any picture of the ruined stairs in the add. The hall and stairs to the apartment were scary. It looked as though a bomb had fallen into the building and every step I had to take, I couldn't stop thinking about the idea of those stairs falling down. No possibility of leaving the suitcases in the apartment for a couple of hours after 11am without paying. Nothing in the kitchen (salt, coffee capsules...)

Unacceptable accommodation but central location

Very central location. The room in general seems to be a modern apartment.

The bedroom was full of mold. All walls and ceilings full of mold... I contacted the booking and the owner. The owner didn't answer me about the issue. The booking answered me that he will inform the owner. To cut the story short it was one of our worse accommodations. Additionally, the apartment is on the 4 floor without elevator!!! And the stairs are totally destroyed, as the building is super old-it seems like no one stays there since the last 10 years at least...

Very nice and clean studio with an excellent location ideal f short stay to get the most of the city

Location was perfect and hosts are very reactive!

Everything was great but an extra pair of additional sheets for the sofa would have been optimal. Can get a bit loud during WE but did not bother us.

Very good

- Great location, with a number of public parking options around. - Host communicated well and was extremely helpful. - The apartment was bright, clean, and well decorated. - Very clean kitchen and bathroom. - Clean, comfortable bedding.

This was not important to us, but may be for others: The building entrance area and stairs to the apartment are not nearly as nice as the apartment itself and can definitely use some maintenance.

Minibreak in Marseille.

Simply a perfect location. Modern and clean. Nice shower. Smart-TV was nice. Keyless entry was nice, because no need to struggle with a key if the room guests go separate ways.

Entry information was maybe forgotten to send, but was sorted rather quick.

Value of money but it could be more convinient

Very clean appartment and comfortable in terms of space. Too close to the center.

The disadvantages are that there is no shower gel and shampoo and the toilet paper not enough. The sofa bed is broken in the middle.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Noisy at night.

Famtastic!

We liked the location. It was closed to everything we needed (bars, restaurants, supermarkets...) by 2 minutes walking. Plus, we’ll connected to the main attractions in the city.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift in it. For us it wasn’t a problem really, but it might be an inconvenient for other people.

Great location but terrible state of building and stairs,really scary,felt it could collapse anytime

Location was great. Bed quite comfy. Apartment new and clean. Owner was nice and polite. Cleaner was very nice at check in but bit rude when brought misding bed sheets and towels next day.

There were works being done right under our windows since before 7am which were extremely noisy. The state of the stairs leading to the 4th floor( no lift) and walls were deplorable. Tiles were off on the stairs and they were crocky. The material in the walls were coming off and they were broken. People in other apartments were a bit strange also. We felt unsafe due to the structure of the building and very uncomfortable about the maintenance. Not a holiday feeling at all. I wasn't expecting that as the apartment inside and pictures shown are lovely. However, I feel a bit mislead as there was no photo at all of the common areas or building. Also, there were 2 beds but only 1 set of sheets so the first night we have to share the bed which wasn't comfortable. Next day we got bed sheets but also a few texts trying to justify this by saying we didn't tell them we needed 2 beds (although we were 2 friends and they met us at arrival) Hand towels were also missing but they brought more quickly the next day, although the person who brought them was showing an attitude and angry. Which again is not what I would expect on holidays, especially if it was an oversight on their part.
