La situation était parfaite très proche du centre historique tout en étant une rue calme et pas loin de la gare. La terrasse sur le toit a été bien appréciée. Très réactif dans nos échanges. On recommande !

Très bon B&B idéalement situé dans Monopoli, la chambre est confortable et fraîche, pas trop bruyante malgré son emplacement central ! La communication avec l'hôte s'est très bien passée.
La salle de bain est un peu petite mais cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix. Les oreillers sont peu confortables.

Location, room size
I’ve travelled for three weeks and this was the most expensive place I have stayed and the least value for money to be honest. While the room was fine, it was average. No water supplied - yes there is s ground floor kitchen won’t water however everywhere else Ives stayed have supplied filtered water. Breakfast was a croissant and a coffee from the local cafe- other included breakfasts for far less of the nightly rate have been much more substantial and offered more variety. I never saw the host. Message first day to tell me how to get into the property and then very late on my last night - of 5 nights - to tell me how much cash to leave for the tax- lucky I borrowed some cash from friends to pay as I had no small change. Personally I feel that the value for money is lacking here in terms of inclusions and host contact.

Location was great, the room has plenty of space and air conditioning. Very easy to contact the host.
It is in need of a deep clean, the shower leaked so the floor became saturated. The bathroom is tiny as is the shower space. There is a wardrobe however no other hooks to hang towels etc on.
