This condo is in a beautifully maintained, gated community. The condo itself has all the comforts and is quiet. A pool with 2 hot tubs and a fitness center along with a lighted tennis court are a short walk. There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The location is close to many hiking trails in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. There is close access to Rt 101 so you can reach many points in Scottsdale and Phoenix easily.

This was my first experience with a long term rental.

Great location which was easy to get to many key areas. The condo was well stocked with quality provisions. The property manager was excellent in terms of her responsiveness and resolving any initial concerns. I have already left my other feedback for the owners.

The condo at Base Camp One in Grandby Ranch was just beautiful! It was refreshingly modern, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. So many times a rental unit in the mtns is outdated, but not here! From the floors to the bathrooms to the barn-style doors, this property is beautiful! Beds and furniture were comfortable. And being able to watch the mountain for bikers and skiers makes it a great location! The grounds are extremely well kept as well: the pools were clean and enjoyable, the outdoor areas beautiful, and all interior places were spotless! What a beautiful place to stay! We will be back!
