About this condo rental
Situated in South Daytona, this charming condo for $193 per night is a great option for your next vacation. South view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River from the 6th floor of the 9 story building. Walk out the back entrance to the pool and beyond to the white sandy beach. Use building key to return from the beach (we no longer are using a code for entrance back to Sandpoint). Note: Don’t park in the garage as there are shores in the driving pattern (Assoc Board ordered) Hurricane Nichol did damage the property and everything has repaired for completion in Mid Jan 2024. Each room has a new paint job as of Jan 2024! Note: Please don’t parking in the garage use the top deck - there are shores in the driving pattern. Condo is equipped with free internet, cable TV in every room, except just a ROKU in guest bedroom and a dehumidifier in the hallway. Two bedrooms and two full baths (one with shower and other has a tub with shower curtain). Wood flooring is in the two bedrooms and all remaining areas are tile along with a very modern kitchen. Kitchen has marble counter tops and new stainless steel appliances 2019. Various items remain in the cabinets and refrigerator condiments for your use as desired. Washer and dryer inside unit along with several chairs and plenty of pool/beach towels. Pool has chairs and an outdoor charcoal grill area for your use. There are 4 tables with a shade umbrella and about 15 chairs and 20 lounge chairs. Basement level parking to keep one vehicle out of the sun (use bldg. key to gain vehicle access to parking garage). Our space is located straight inside on right side - 7th spot on right! (Not available at this time)!!! Condo door has two locks - dead bolt (assume it’s unlocked already) turns counter clockwise or left to unlock and (door knob turns right or clockwise to open). The key with a color is for the building locks. Upon departure, please perform the checkout functions and leave the keys in the white bowl in the kitchen! Also set AC up to 75 at departure time and fan remains on Auto! Elevators are inside the center area beyond the locked door. Additional parking on first floor for your guest or a second vehicle - no trailers or boat allow in parking areas. Shores Resort is two doors down the street with great food and an outdoor fire pit and bar. Across the street is an ice cream shop and park for children to play. Emergency water shut of valve is inside the closet beside hallway bathroom on the right side about 4 feet off the floor - turn to shut of water to the entire unit. Address- Sandpoint Condominiums, 2615 South Atlantic Blvd, Unit 6G, Daytona Beach Shores, FL 32118 Important Note 04/20/2023: Balcony area - will have several shores (floor to ceiling) at the handrail and beside the table. This is to ensure 100% safety as our balconies are old and will be repaired in the not to distant future. Check in could be earlier if approved by Owner!

This place was not a rental property, it was a construction site. Might be nice when its finished but it wasn't finished when I showed up there and I had to make other arrangements very quickly. Not happy with the owners communication. A big waste of time.

It was an amazing experience at the property. There were few hiccups initially when a resident of the building started asking questions on why did I rent it when pool was closed and all the patios were having balcony and so on. Other then that it was very good. Check in was smooth and I was having all the necessary information related to my stay beforehand. I would recommend this property to others!

The condo had a great view of the ocean, secured parking garage, clean pool next to the beach. From our balcony we saw the space X rocket lift off from Cape Kennedy. That was exciting to myself, wife and granddaughter. We will return and use this condo in the future.

The condo was very nice, had more than enough amenities. The property such as pool area and grounds are kept very clean. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars, mainly because of the keys. There are 3 keys between building access, room, beach. The locks are tricky. But I would recommend this property, and Jack responded to any questions I had

The condo was perfect for my family of 4, including a 9yr old and a 3yr old. Plenty of space, with very nice bathrooms. Great location as well. Jack was great with communicating and helpful with any needs we had. Would definitely come back .

This was our first trip to Daytona and our stay was great! We LOVED this condo! The only issues we had was the pool gate and door to condo was tricky to get into but other than that no major issues. Condo was very clean and new bathrooms! We were on a budget and decided to cook instead of eating out and the kitchen was very clean and had all the appliances we needed! The view was amazing and just a skip and a hop away from our new favorite beach! Jack was very quick to respond and was very friendly! Definitely staying here again when we come back to Daytona Fl!

We were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from a vendor who was kind enough to set them up right in front of the building. A to-die-for homemade ice cream shop, Cow's Lick, is across the street. Don't miss it!

Great Condo
I think the building is older, but the condo has been updated nicely. Kitchen and all floors look newer. Bathrooms are slightly outdated, but will meet you needs. The pool area is very nice, with many chairs around the pool. The condo also had some beach chairs for use on the beach. Crabby Joes pier is almost 3 miles away, so it is quite a walk. I would recommend this condo.

Great vacation
Our growing family of 15 yr old twins and a big 11 yr old boy have long since outgrown a hotel room. This condo provided the perfect amount of room for everyone. Great location, nice views, it was perfect! Affordable too! Definitely hope to stay again!!

The condo was very neat & clean.. Our bed was very comfortable, we slept in the farthest bedroom!
Overall it we had a wonderful time & it's well worth renting for a couple of day's... We will definitely be back in the future & look forward to renting from Mr. Jack! We highly recommend this condo!!

This condo is in a great location close to grocery stores and pharmacy. Big selection of restaurants nearby. It doesn’t face the ocean but there still is a great view! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful sunrise and sunset
The location of the condo was great southern exposure for winter months enjoyed the views of the beach and intercostal area... first time renting through VRBO contacted them about some issues they were kind and advised us. Contacted the owner and explain some of our concerns and he was very cordial and responsive to us. Had a wonderful time Daytona Beach may be in our future again.
