Situated in Long Beach, this lovely condo for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This condo is at the Long Beach Resort and is a 2-bedroom penthouse condo in Tower 4 on the 4th floor. Parking is in front of the tower. This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. This door code email is sent to the personal email address the guest uses to book the condo. Gorgeous and elegant 2 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse condo with complimentary beach chairs for two and an umbrella. (March 1 through October 31) This condo is sure to impress even the most discerning guest! The penthouse condo has vaulted ceilings in the main living area, kitchen and both bedrooms. Renovations include: New interior paint (Sherwin Williams Ice Blue), new living room furniture. The living room has a sleeper sofa and love seat in a linen colored Sunbrella fabric. All new décor throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinetry, countertops, backsplash and undermounted lighting. All new tile flooring throughout the condo The primary suite is beautifully redecorated with new bedding and new artwork. Primary suite has new mattress, bedding and décor. The guest room has all new mattresses and box springs, distressed white queen beds with headboards, foot board and rails, new dresser, new nightstand from Ashley. All new bedding in this room with stunning coastal bedding, and coordinating throws and accent pillows. The balcony has a new highboy Polywood table and chairs with seating for 4 and two lounge chairs. The balcony has tile flooring. A wall of windows in bedrooms and living room/dining room area capture stunning Emerald Coast views. Access the over-sized balcony from either bedroom or living room to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or just to relax and read a good book. The condo accommodates 8 persons with a king sized bed in the master and two queen-sized beds in the second bedroom. We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped. The condo seats 6 at the dining table and 3 at the breakfast bar. Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach with over 1700 lineal feet of beach frontage. The Lagoon Pool is located between towers 2 and 3. The Polynesian Pools are located between Towers 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. There are charcoal grills at the east end of Tower 1 and the west end of Tower 4. Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! . Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away. At Barefoot Beach Rentals we work hard to keep our condos very clean and well maintained. This condo provides Wireless Internet access. We enjoyed this condo very much. Has just been redone and it’s beautiful with a great view. Rental manager Maureen is very accommodating. I would only deal with her.

Lovely condo! Really enjoyed the space and balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and gulf! The only downside to the condo was in bathroom with 2 queen beds. Cabinetry and woodwork need to be updated! Whirlpool drain was clogged, but I used plunger to help water drain a little faster. Condo was beautifully decorated!👍 Very much appreciated the security on the property and in the building!!!!

Let me start off by saying, I’m a frequent VRBO’er and I have NEVER had to write a review like this. Unfortunately, I can confidently say, of all of the places I’ve stayed (6+ in PCB alone) this was, by far, the worst of my experiences. Which is a particularly tough pill to swallow, because this was also the most expensive.
Heres the breakdown:
Condo:
Layout and View get 5 stars - perhaps best I’ve seen so far. Love that both bedrooms had gorgeous views with giant windows. Patio was also exceptional. Unfortunately, we could barely use it - because our the unit next to us was CONSTANTLY smoking skunk weed on our neighboring balcony.
Cleanliness gets 3 stars. It had clearly been cleaned before we arrived and appeared in good condition. HOWEVER, we found a cockroach in the kitchen and dishes that were out away completely unwashed. EW.
We shared this feedback w the VRBO contact and were literally told (by the maintenance contact who showed up unannounced) “We can’t inspect every dish.” And “It’s just a Palmetto bug.”
*Yeah, Google that. TLDR; It’s a cockroach.
Customer Service gets 1 star. A couple of reasons:
I sent 2 “I’m getting so excited, quick question: are there ____ in the condo” before the trip and got curt “no, there isn’t.” responses.
There was a hurricane approaching while we were there and we received zero outreach (expressing concern, sharing protocols, etc) about it. I finally reached out to ask if there was anything we needed to know/do and got a “it’s probably going to miss us” in response.
When “Palmetto bug” guy stopped by to mansplain the roach situation, I asked if there were trash bags anywhere, and he informed us that they intentionally do not offer more than the original trash bag in the can. And justified it by saying, “but we buy the good toilet paper.” I understand not supplying necessities in bulk. But, an extra trash bag or two wouldn’t break the bank - and perhaps would help with the bug situation. 🤷♀️
I asked about potential refunds due to cutting our trip short (due to the hurricane - but exasperated by our experience otherwise), and we heard NOTHING back. Zero. Totally ghosted.
In short, I can not recommend this place. Maybe there are other units here not managed by this individual (Maureen). I’d suggest going that route - or check out somewhere else altogether.

The condo was overall clean, the master shower could use some attention to the grout and caulking. Could not be any happier with our stay at Long Beach RESORT! We Have stayed in multiple locations throughout PCB over the years and this by far was our favorite. Unit was exactly as described, all the amenities from kitchen items, bath, games, TV & WI-FI included beach chairs and gated parking was a plus. Have struggled with elevators in the past at other resorts but NOT here. Very quick to get to the penthouse unit we rented and the luggage racks to bring items up and down were plenty and easily accessible. Will definitely be back!

The condo was okay but was shocked that the furniture showed many stains and in the bathroom the ceilings tiles had been opened. We just closed them. Due to the amount we paid this should have been checked. The cleaning company left a spot on the living room floor with dust and mirrors were not clear. The mattress is worn in the main bedroom with a little sinkage. I loved being on the 14 floor and we overlooked this and enjoyed ourselves.

Check in was super easy and everything was waiting forever us there in the room with all the information that was needed for the stay. The condo was fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. It was the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in and had such gorgeous views of the ocean from the floor to ceiling views of the beachfront. I will definitely be staying in this condo again!
