About this house rental
Located in Cardiff, this lovely house for $572 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: Charming seaside abode with magnificent ocean views. Casual and relaxed atmosphere and many places to take in the scenery. Hot tub, hammock, fire pit, outdoor shower, bbq, backyard lounging area are all at your disposal to live the California dream. White sandy beaches and great surfing are minutes away. The Coast walking path makes it easy to walk to beach, shopping, restaurants and specialty grocery stores. Perfect for a family get away. The Space: Large front windows allow you to enjoy a panoramic view morning, noon and night. Cozy and rustic living area is perfect to settle in and watch the world! Located in the quaint town of Cardiff-by-the-sea, this home is perfectly situated to enjoy 2 magnificent beaches (Cardiff and Moonlight), great restaurants, shopping and activities are within minutes! Relax in the hot tub and take in the sunset, lounge in the hammock out front or chill on the backyard sofa, this home offers many spots to kick back! Chill and grill in the backyard with the gas bbq, firepit and outdoor dining area. Surf shower and beach towels are available for your use. Large and open kitchen living area make for a relaxed atmosphere. If you are inclined to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. Wood burning fireplace if there is a chill in the air. We are currently undergoing a permit process with the City of Encinitas for our additional bedroom. Please inquire about availability. We added air conditioning in each room to keep our guests more comfortable! Parking for 2 cars on the driveway Guest Access: You will have access to the entire house. Garage is not available. The Neighborhood: Close to Seaside Market, shops and restaurants. Encinitas is just up the road. Getting Around: The Coast Walking path makes walking to Seaside Market, VG Donuts, the beach much easier! It's all flat, 1/2 mile away; takes about 9 minutes. Other Things to Note: If you are unsure about traveling, please consider purchasing third party trip insurance "cancel for any reason". We will adhere to our cancellation policies in place. We do not refund for beach closure, weather, illness, government shut downs. You're staying in a previously occupied home and agree to hold harmless owner and property management for any illness that could arise from visit. We do face Coast Highway and the train runs along this path it is quick (under 30 seconds) and almost undetectable when the windows are closed). Gardener comes on Tuesday. Trash pick up is Friday. Pack N Play and high chair available, please request if needed. * **NO DOGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY VRBO bookings are not eligible for the credit card processing fee (4%) to be refunded if reservation is cancelled (this includes reservations within the cancellation period) Interaction with Guests: I'm available if you need me. I live near by.

The Blue House was a great place to unwind with the family. The view of the ocean was interesting and relaxing. Sitting on the back porch was meditative looking at the beautiful trees and plants and enjoying the quiet. The BBQ and the fire pit came in handy for entertaining.

We had a terrific time staying in the Ocean Blue House on a trip out from Minnesota. The house is well-equipped for kids with games and a great backyard. We particularly appreciated how equipped it was (spices, condiments, extra light bulbs, etc.). Would definitely return!

We have stayed in many rentals but Gina's property by far is the BEST! The ocean view from the living room was incredible. The front and backyard was amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every night. The blue house location is why we booked it. Walking distance to Seaside Market, Pipes, and Sambazon. We also walked to Encinitas ate at Honey's and shopped at Viouri. Gina was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. The house has everything and is well stocked. We will definitely be back.

The house and backyard are Amazing! We had little kids with us and they loved everything the house had to offer. Just know it's not close enough to go to the beach without driving when you have kids, toys, beach chairs etc.

We had the best vacation at this home! It's even more beautiful in person and the views are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked, comfortable beds and couches. We opted to drive to the beach but it took less than 5 minutes to get there. We loved the backyard and stayed in one night to BBQ and enjoy the jacuzzi. Gina was very easy to communicate with. We can't wait for our next stay!

We love Cardiff and this is the perfect vacation home for my family. My kids (3 and 5) loved the bunk beds and my wife and I couldn’t get enough of the ocean views. The house has a great kitchen with everything we needed to cook and prepare meals. The beach wagon and toys made the trips to the beach with the kids easy and fun. Highly recommend this house for anyone with kids looking for something close to the beach and restaurants of Cardiff and Encinitas.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the gorgeous backyard and views of the ocean through the huge windows on the front side of the house. Blue-house
The Blue-house has a wonderful feel to it; relaxing but elegant. It had a nice play area for the Grandkids and bunkbeds too! Master suite was charming.. View to the ocean incredible.
