Great location within the Great Rift Valley Lodge.
The check in was seamless and both Susan and Emma were great hosts.
The cottage was clean and had excellent amenities.

Emma was very professional; punctual, helpful and anticipatory of what we needed.

The privacy
The Lady taking care of the tidiness and cleanliness - Ms Emma(very helpfully indeed)
The fully kitted kitchen for self catering
The Location
The fact that there is NO Swimming pool yet you have indicated swimming pool available, we had to use the one at the hotel and worse still an extra cost of 1000 per adult and 500 per child.... A total of Kes 3500 a day for 3 days which should have been part of the package. We felt cheated there and robbed of our money.
