Panari Resort, BW Signature Collection

The location is rather quiet and serene. The breakfast buffet selection was rather wide and even includes local cuisine which was appreciated. An ironbox was made available at request and they also lit the fireplace when it was requested, staff readily came back to relight it when it went off.

We had a wonderful stay at Panari Resort Nyahururu, and the entire experience was excellent from the moment we checked in. All the staff members were absolutely fabulous, and their customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. The environment felt very safe and secure, with beautiful landscaping that made the hotel peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was the fireplace in the room; the staff kindly lit the fire for us in the evening, creating such a warm and cozy atmosphere. Loved how quiet and peaceful our room was. The restaurant was also fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff who were always keen to help. Special thanks to Logan, the young waiter who served us; he was incredibly professional, dedicated, and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. The food was superb, including breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Thomson's Falls. A big thank you as well to Nicholas from Concierge, who kindly accompanied us to the falls and made the experience even more enjoyable. I also want to appreciate Grace from housekeeping for the beautiful birthday decorations in the room, such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday extra special. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, although they could be better for a big Hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nyahururu. We will certainly be coming back again.

Everything was great. No complains

The rooms are spacious and clean with the usual hotel comforts. The fireplace in the room was great for the cold nights. The housekeeping and reception staff (Josiah and Chris in particular) were attentive and ever helpful. The elephant view point

Some of the F&B staff could be better. Basic omelette was a disappointment. I realised that the egg statiom was being handled by an unsupervised trainee and the soggy broken egg showed it. Some of the waiting staff are also unexperienced and custome interaction could be enhanced. The standard of the spa services could also be improved as it was decent but not close to expectation for a spa associated to such a hotel.

Breakfast was ok-ish but nothing out of the ordinary - perhaps due to the fact that they had over 200 school kids for breakfast alongside other guests

Receptionists on check-in not welcoming; quality of pillows in room not to standard one would expect in such a facility; having breakfast with 200 school kids in the same space not conducive.
