Located in Indian Shores, this charming condo for $130 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful condo across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Come relax in the comfort of our home. Heated pool and hot tub. Private docks and fishing pier on Intracoastal Waterway. Relax on our back balcony which overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with walkout balcony. Freshly painted interior. Substantial rework on the exterior including newly surfaced balcony and railings. There is one shuffleboard court along the waterway. We have the equipment. There are three tennis courts and two pickleball courts. All the tennis and pickleball courts have just been resurfaced and painted. Minutes from St Petersburg and Clearwater beaches. There is a trolley that runs between both beaches (up and down Gulf Blvd). A trolley stop is located in front of the property. Free Wi-fi. Easy access to golf, shopping, sightseeing and private restaurants. A great vacation for those who like to rest and relax with sandy beaches, surf and sunsets.

Great place. Bill was very accommodating from beginning. We were in Indian Shores for our summer vacations. He gave us a ton of suggestions about restaurants around and activities. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting the area. Thumbs up.

We loved this condo! It was the perfect location is get best of bay side and the gulf side with the beach only a short walk away. The kids loved the pool! The condo has everything you’ll need for the beach including beach towels, sand castles supplies, chairs and boogie boards. Indian Rocks Beach was a popular summer destination, and the beach/ restaurants had several people, but the environment at the condo was tranquil and laid back.

This condo has everything anyone could want. The balcony looks over the inter coastal and the beach is across the street. Bill is easy to get along with and an excellent host. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The front entrance faces the ocean across the street, between buildings. The balcony overlooks the inland waterway, where dolphins and manatees pass. The building sits far enough off Gulf Blvd that you don’t even know it’s there, while having all the convenience of being right on Gulf Blvd. The beach is right across the street. The hot tub was wonderful. The pool looked nice, but I never got in it. There are grills and tables in the pool area for use as well. There is a shuffleboard court and docks as well. This is probably the best property I’ve stayed at anywhere in Florida.

We loved staying at this property and enjoyed our time here! It had everything we needed. The beach cart and chairs/toys were a huge bonus. The beach is so close and we enjoyed the heated pool too. We would definitely rent again!

Bay Shore YTC is a very nice place. Great location, friendly people. We enjoyed our months stay. Beach Cart was a bonus to get our stuff down to the beach too! Condo had all we needed for our stay!

We enjoyed the location, between the Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. From our balcony on the back, we could watch boats and sometimes catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming. Out the front window, view the tennis courts and the ocean across Gulf Blvd. The unit has everything you would ever need, even sand toys for the kiddos! It was extremely comfortable too. I would definitely stay again!

Great place, unbeatable location! You can watch birds and dolphins from the balcony, and walk to the beach. Also enjoy a pool, and you can do fishing. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Very nice and helpful host!

This was a great place to stay and enjoy some time in the sun! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and we really appreciated the communication with the owner! Fun attractions within walking distance and the beach is just across the street! We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats pass by.

We had an amazing time at this property. Bill was great with communication. We loved the place, great views, and walking distance to the beach. The place had everything you would need for a great vacation: sand toys. chairs, umbrellas. The heated pool was a huge bonus. You need to rent a car though there are no grocery stores within walking distance or take a Lyft. If you are traveling with the kids, be aware that there are no playgrounds or any activities for the kids if you do not have a car. We will be definitely back.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The first day we checked in we saw dolphins swimming in the bay and saw them every day after. The condo was stocked with everything we needed for the beach: chairs, wagon, towels, toys, umbrella and more! The only thing we wished we had was a small cooler but it wasn't a big deal. The kids loved playing tennis and shuffle board during down time. We would stay here again!

This property was perfect for us and great overall. Everything you needed to enjoy the beach was there! The waterway behind provided a nice view but also amazing wildlife. We saw dolphins, flamingos, sting Ray's and lots of birds. Everyone at the condo complex was friendly and the pool area was clean and the perfect temperature. I would stay here again in a heart beat

It could have been better. The swimming pool water was cold 2 days and the jacuzzi was closed because of missing tiles around it. I could not reach the management to complain. The elevators were dirty and the 2 twin beds were too small and uncomfortable.I could not find the grounds-keeper anywhere to voice my complaints.. I will not stay there again.
