Always clean,always stocked, always a spectacular view, always a fabulous vacation condo!

Condo was as pictured in VRBO and all amenities were accurately described. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony each day.

The place was great!! Very clean and well stocked with essentials. As mentioned in other reviews, there's a great coffee shop across the street and the Salt Rock Grill has great food (but make a reservation). The only things that I did not care for were: they changed out the patio chairs with high top chairs, the beach chairs are the sand chairs, and the parking spot was very hard to get in and out of. None of those were game changers and I thought it was a great place to stay.

Stayed at this well appointed condo Nov 20-26, 2022. You can't beat this view! Condo is in good shape and served our purpose to just relax and get away from it all. Some street noise and could use a little updating but great little place for the price!

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was a much needed getaway from daily life. The location was so quiet and relaxing! We loved watching the sunsets and listening to the waves. Be aware of the tight parking assigned for this unit - don't rent or bring a large car. We drove our Lexus NX and learned to maneuver into the assigned spot. Our Chevy Silverado would have never made it. The condo was perfect for two people and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay for the week. We'll absolutely look for this unit for our stays on Indian Rocks Beach in the future. Thank you!

beachfront view was beautiful! Apt had everthing you need. Parking was very tight security doors dont alawys work and if there are neighbors you can hear everything.

Husband and I stayed at this property for his birthday get away. It was as described on line. The check in process was easy; the condo offered a great view of the gulf from the balcony. It was clean with well stocked kitchen for eating/cooking in. Only downside we found was no light on the balcony so it was very dark while sitting out there at night. We plan to visit again!

BEST BEACH VALUE IN ALL OF VRBO!! We arrived at this gorgeous one bedroom “on the beach” unit for a three night stay in Indian Rocks Beach last Friday night after picking up our keys at a property management company right down the road a few blocks. In our group was: myself, my wife, our six year old son, and a very well-trained and well behaved friendly dog. Temperature outside was 89 degrees F when we arrived. One parking space was provided at the north end of the building for us. Plastic Carts are available to help with luggage. We can’t say enough GOOD things about this unit!! It was well taken care of and has million dollar views of the Gulf of Mexico. Ocean sounds can be heard from the balcony throughout the day/night — which is so relaxing!! The unit rental is within walking distance of Salt Rock Grill (check out their ‘before 5 pm’ menu) and many other wonderful places of interest. The family room has a queen sized sofa sleeper for the kids and a love seat as well. The television appears to be 48” or so in the main room. There is a DVD player as well. Cable tv, 95 channels. 32” flat tv in master. The air conditioning worked really well and we set it at 73-74 degrees. The elevator worked — but it can get a little warm inside in the afternoon hours (after 3 pm) and takes a good minute or so to reach the top floor. At times we used the stairs. There is a trash shoot that can be used across from the elevator to send trash items down to the dumpster. A dog walk area is on site with doggy bags provided A grassy area is the perfect place to walk pets and enjoy a sunrise or sunset. Key fobs keep you safe and secure with restricted access downstairs to the building 24/7. An outdoor shower is available for removing sand from the beach. Cancellation policy is generous, if needed. Take our advice, don’t cancel. Enjoy a wonderful beach vacation on the top floor!! We highly recommend this unit!!

Condo was well stocked, in condo laundry, provided beach chairs, towels, etc. We will definitely be back if available when needed.

The check-in process was super easy and the condo had everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella provided are a thoughtful touch. The balcony has some of the best views to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. We'll definitely be returning!

Had everything you needed during your stay. Location was great. Check in & out was simple and quick. We will be back for sure.
