About this apartment rental
Beautiful, secluded, and pet friendly ground floor condo with no stairs to climb. There is another condo above it, both recently completely remodeled with a full kitchen and granite countertops. Being that you're on the bottom, you may hear some noise as people walk around, so it is reflected and discounted in the price. Iconic restaurants and lounges, great coffee/bakery shop just across the street, including the famous Mahuffers bar literally a few steps away. Mini golf with live alligators is just a block and a half down the road. You can catch a trolley right up front, and visit Clearwater Beach to the north, St. Pete beach to the south, and many other beaches in between. Also, John's Pass is to the south with lots of stores and restaurants, and other attractions. There is a secluded patio in the back with a new gas grill, tables and chairs for your use. The beach wagon with folding chairs, umbrella, and kids toys are under the staircase, and are there for your use as well. We welcome you with a complementary bottle of wine located in the wine rack. We have coconut trees, palm trees, the beach is across the street just 600 feet away, and plenty of Florida sunshine.

We loved the location and the set-up of the condo. It was pretty clean and provided a well stocked kitchen and beach supplies. The beds were just ok and the pillows were absolutely terrible. The linens and pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was accessing our condo. It has a keyless entry that gave us many issues. We ended up leaving the back door unlocked to ensure we could get in. (Not very safe, I know.) A huge tip if you rent this condo.... IT'S ON THE LEFT of Whispering Pines. We came in late at night. There was no lighting. Units on both sides of the street, directly across are 19211, have the same address with different street names. There was not street names listed. Since we could see the one on the left it made it difficult to figure out which was ours. There is also 2 mailboxes with 19211, one had the street name very small but again it was dark and we couldn't read it. This was very frustrating. Andy and Gregg were nice and responsive but the issues we were having persisted. It wasn't a terrible stay but we would not book again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It really is such a perfect location with so much in walking distance, the amenities provided were great to have, the owners were amazing, we could go on & on. We will definitely be staying here again!
