About this house rental
Located in Ocean View, this charming house for $524 per night is a great choice for your next break. Welcome! Groups of 10 or less strongly preferred. Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Please contact me if you are interested in a multiple week rental for the fall or winter. Off season pricing is for couples and single family rentals. Off season groups of 6 or more minimum $400 per night. Dog fee is reduced off season. There are Town dictated occupancy limits for rentals. You must inquire with details about your group before requesting a booking for family groups larger than 12. Bishop's Landing HOA now requires a $84 fee to be paid to them for every rental (sorry). We pay this fee and they require us to disclose it. This allows use of community facilities for up to 8 people at a time. Sometimes additional passes are available. Pease inquire. Smaller family groups preferred. Pricing is for groups fewer than 10. New build in 2017, single family home in the lovely, quiet , sought after community of Bishops Landing. Close to Bethany Beach and Bear Trap Dunes golf course. Beautiful, large kitchen with granite island that seats 4. Dining table seats 8. Main living room has a large sectional, vaulted ceilings and TV. Front porch, back porch, side courtyard. Rear deck completed, outdoor shower completed. 16 foot round patio with fire pit. Large first floor master with TV. Queen bedroom and room with 3 twins also located on first floor. Fourth bedroom is a "study" with queen bed and game table on first floor. Second floor loft with couch, chairs and TV. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms: one has two queens with twin trundles and the other has a queen bed with a TV and bathroom. There is also a hall bath on the 2nd floor. There is a 2 car garage - but you will only be able to park one car in the garage. Two cars can be parked in the driveway. Additional cars can not be parked on the street but can be parked in an overflow parking lot approximately 1.5 blocks from the house. Bishops Landing community is a dog friendly community (dogs must always be leashed) has a jogging path around the community, a path through the small "wetlands", as well as common areas, catch and release fishing on the ponds and other activities. There are 3 pools - - please inquire about possible availability. Inquire about use of pool, fitness center passes and beach shuttle passes. Thank you! Please note that all furnishings are new and we are looking for responsible renters only who will respect our neighbors, home and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Check back for updated pictures as additional furnishings and accessories arrive. Please make any reservations based on what is actually in place at time of booking. Groups larger than 10 should inquire before booking. Responsible primary renter staying at property must be at least 25 years of age. Family groups preferred.

Clean, fun area with nice shared swimming pools, very responsive owner. Great vacation! Only issues were grill was not working well and neither was oven (neither got very hot). Stovetop and other appliances were fine.

This was our second time staying here. The owner is wonderful and the house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out! We loved taking a walk on the nature trail and swimming in the pool. Convenient to beaches and golf, too.

The house is beautiful, has everything you need and is in excellent conditions. Very spacious and comfortable.
While being there, we talked about coming back in the Summer since the complex also offers swimming pools and is very well located at 10 minutes driving to the Bethany beaches and 5 min from the supermarket.
Adriene was a great host and the communication was excellent.
We highly recommend this property if you’d like to spend quality time with your family in a safety a nice environment.

Large living room with comfortable seating. Grocery and restaurants very close by. Fox's Pizza their white pizza = I'm dreaming still about it. Only negative if your allergic, there is a lot of dog hair on living room sofa/chairs/ rug and master comforter which we removed then replaced when we left. I would rent again. Great week despite 3 days of rain as there were puzzles and games and books availble .

We had a wonderful time at this property for Thanksgiving and the weekend. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful. She was lovely!
The home is spotless and really roomy. It’s as beautiful as the pics. We stayed for the holiday with extended family of 13 and our small dog. Everyone loved it! We never felt crowed or uncomfortable.
I highly recommend this home and it’s owner.

The owner provided so much information and the community is wonderful. Great location - lots of nearby places to eat, shop, and things to see and do. We went to the nature conservatory and I enjoyed walking my dogs around the community (one is disabled and I have to use a stroller). I would like to bring my whole family (party of 9 or 10) next time. I think the location is perfect. You will want for nothing with what this home and the area have to offer. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

This was our 1st vacation since the pandemic. We stayed at this house from Sept. 11 thru Sept. 25. The house was clean, nicely decorated, updated and large enough for everyone to spread out. Beds were very comfortable. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It was a short drive to the beach at Bethany. Adrienne, the owner was great and very accomadating. The library was great, everyone was able to find a good book to read. Our stay for the 2 weeks was very comfortable and relaxing.

We cannot say enough about the property or Adrienne the owner. EVERYTHING is exactly as it was described. We didn't lack anything as the home is incredibly furnished and stocked with anything and everything we could have possibly wanted or needed.
The number of plates, dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, etc. was more than enough. We grilled two of our seven nights and the second night we did exchange the propane tank as it felt low and we didn't want to run out in the middle of cooking steaks.
The number of restaurants, stores, etc. is awesome and very convenient to the home. Adrienne, the owner, had given us lots of information in this regard and it was very much appreciated and helpful.
The home is large enough so that you are not on top of one another and has plenty of spaces to get away from each other for downtime, yet at the same time areas for everyone to congregate or eat together as well.
Truly this is a home where you are away from home but couldn't feel any more comfortable than if you were in your own home.
On a personal note, my wife pays particular attention to decorations and details and seldom does she lavish the praise she did for this home's decorations, furniture, or anything else. She was really impressed.
When we come back this will be the first place we will check for availability and so should you.

This house was beautiful and comfortable for our whole family and 2 dogs! Minutes to the beach and boardwalks yet tucked away in a quiet community. The club house with pool was awesome. We also had a fire pit in the back yard, great relaxation for sure! The owner was outstanding as she corresponded timely and was super nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back next year!!

This home and the host, Adrienne, was everything we hoped for. The home was beautiful with furnishings appropriate for the size & number of guests. The outdoor patio & fire pit was great for morning coffee & afternoon cocktails. The neighborhood & amenities were great, allowing us to spend time walking or lounging at the pool. My husband said just before we left for home that he would definitely rent this home again for our beach getaways.

Loved the house! Tastefully decorated, well stocked, lots of space! Close drive to the beach and access to the community tennis courts was a big plus! It was also great to roast some marshmallows over the fire pit under a sky full of stars! Highly recommended!

The house is beautifully decorated and well-maintained with a lovely deck and patio area. The owner is an excellent communicator. Adrienne sent helpful information about the area before we arrived and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. The neighbors are friendly and we even played pickle ball with them. It is a short distance to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. It will exceed your expectations!
