The stay was excellent! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle, and they brought it to my room within minutes. The service was outstanding, and everything exceeded my expectations. It was definitely the best value for the price.

The inside of the 2nd room was modern.
There was a language barrier with the virtual assistant at check in. However, He was very nice and patient. We couldn’t find our room. It took us 3 tries. Finally the last try, he explained it correctly so we found the room. The first room smelled terrible like smoke. I checked the bed and there was dirt, black stuff and stains under the covers.
The bottom of the sofa bed had mold and old dried up fruit stuck to it.
It was all disgusting.
The second room wasn’t bad but at that point, I wish we could have left. My family and I were very grossed out and uncomfortable. If we didn’t have a young child and it wasn’t getting late, we would have asked for our money back and found another place.
