Great for short stay

Spacious 2 bedroom

Beds can be improved. Not as comfortable as I would like but can’t complain for the price I paid.

Location is great, I booked it cause it was near the mid valley mall. The view is nice, but I'm mostly out in the day so there's almost no point to it since I can't see anything at night. They provided hair dryer, towels, soap, iron board etc. which was pretty nice to have if I'm staying for more than 3 nights.

The bed is literally curved down in the middle, it wasn't bouncy, there were stains on the sheets, it just didn't feel clean overall. There were ants in the living room. The couch is so itchy to my skin, texture was the worst.

It was just average.

It’s a stone throw away from Midvalley Mall. Other than that nothing fantastic.

The location is not prominent and it’s a hassle to collect the key from the letterbox. Need to park your car to the side to collect the key. Then need to find the designated parking lot.

Ok for 1 night. Won’t stay here for more nights as it is a plain apartment with simple basic items.

Good location next to Mid Valley Southkey Mall. Quiet and nestled away from the busy JB Sentral area.

Very basic accommodation with no extra comfort items. The apartment is not properly maintained as there are some cracks in the wall and very minimally decorated. Looks it hasn’t been updated in years. Very cold flooring with no carpet. Bathrooms are simple and not very clean. Should put a curtain to cover bathroom window facing the bedroom. The kitchen is empty with no tea or coffee packets offered. Feels like a rented apartment, and not a holiday home.

Very convenient to stay in the apartment.

Location is convenient. Close to St Giles shopping mall.

Some basic beverages such as coffee or tea will be good. Cleanliness in the kitchen could be improved coz there were many ants.

Spacious unit, good for those who drive.

Location is quite near The Mall Midvalley Southkey but not super near. Taking a Grab is much easier over there. It is near a small quiet office area like a small Business Park. Had a good cafe nearby. Gym and pool easily accessible. Convenient that there were two toilets in the apartment.

The two toilets both did not have any shower curtain or a full door to cover, which made the toilet a bit wet and there were no toilet floor towels to clean the water either. The shower for both toilets had too many knobs, not sure which one to use, you have to try all.

Very good location. Wifi is acceptable. One glance, the unit is very clean and soothing.

Requesting for our identification document. There are so many cybercrime now and I have never been asked to provide my identification document for any AirBnB. Giving a copy of the identification is not in the right process and it makes me feels uncomfortable. This increases the risk of my information being leaked or used for wrong purpose. I dont think it's legal to request for that from patrons. There are mold in the room and washroom. Part of the instruction is not clear about getting key as I registered and when i reached the postbox, no way to get in, need to ask the guard to help open the door with the tag - was not informed upfront.

Large living room and nice pool

Location is pretty good. 10 - 20 minutes walk from Midvalley south key. Living room was huge, we loved the space. Master bedroom was pretty large as well. Pool and play area was great Check in process was easy and very smooth. Hosts were friendly through messages

Second bedroom had a pretty noisy aircon. We switched it off eventually to sleep. It is also quite small and directly facing the opposite unit. The outside bathroom is showing signs of water damage and was wet and had a musky smell when we arrived. Smell went off after it was dried. Note you need to paynow them the deposit. Cash is not accepted.

Basic amenities such as a box of tissues, toiletries were not available. Main door lock & keys getting faulty took us at least 3 to 5 minutes to open the main lock each time we tried to open it. No kitchen towels, bathroom towels were turning yellow tones;

Spacious space. Nice view. Near Midvalley Southkey mall.

Wish for better service by owner. At least a follow up if we have arrived & sending check in details early (like any other apartment i stayed in before). We had unforeseen situation that we arrive slightly after 10pm just to realise there were no apartment unit details sent. Contacted owner but unreachable. After calling booking.com and 1h+ later, they finally get back. Owner only check up on us to check if we are checking out to charge us late check out fee. Aircon is unstable at times and noisy. Not completely clean as there were stains in the bedsheet & toilet. Need to pay 200rm deposit.

In summary, our Airbnb stay was marred by noise, sleep disruption, dampness, lack of amenities, and uncommunicated pool

Nothing to like about.

The advertised photo featured a bathtub, but upon our arrival, the staff informed us that we had been given a different option. As for the accommodations: The master bedroom was extremely noisy at night due to its proximity to the road, making it incredibly difficult to sleep. Moreover, the bathroom had a window that allowed light to enter, further disrupting our ability to fall asleep. The bathroom was consistently wet due to a dripping air conditioning pipe, leaving the floor constantly damp and causing concern about slipping, especially during the nighttime. Toilet paper was provided only in the master bedroom's bathroom; the bathroom outside had none. The bed sheets, pillows, and towels all carried a strong smoke smell, leading us to purchase new towels for our personal use. We were disappointed to find out upon arrival that the swimming pool was out of service for maintenance, even though this information was not shared with us beforehand. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory.

I thought that the room was rather spacious, and it provided us with enough space.

I liked that there were dining options relatively close to the apartment. There were also other amenities and facilitates as well which was convenient! It was also walking distance to a nearby mall.

I thought that the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The pillows were too soft. The bed was too soft as well. But everything else was okay, the cleanliness of the toilet could also be improved.

Superb

Close to Midvalley.

The noise from toilet like water tank or something. Plus the aircon was giving noise on and off too. Top floor neighbors were pulling chairs at 3am and super noisy though it was just for few mins but my whole family were woken up from it.

We booked for 4nights but shortened our stay to 2nights.

Location is 10minutes walk to Midvalley. There’s also coffee shop open till late nearby, just opposite Midvalley.

I’d been reading a lot about the cleanliness of the unit A21-09. The stained bedsheets and stinky toilet are true. The unit is very dusty and stuffy. We end up sleeping on the sofa which was not very clean either. I managed to use the washing machine but couldn’t dry my clothes as the drying rack was in a locked store room. Called the management and they replied promptly and sent a technician but that was not convenient as we were not in the property when they came and eventually broke the door handle (refer to pic). Also the service balcony grill was not locked so you need to remember to lock the service balcony door for safety reason. The residence of this apartment are mainly foreign workers. They put a fine sign for partying in the unit but I found ballons in the dusty shoe rack. Wish I can share more pictures.

Ok only.. I won't recommend my friends to stay.

Door handle almost falling off from main door. The house smells of cigarette but luckily went away after we on the Aircon. Master bed room toilet door cannot open from inside until I realize you need to turn the handle upwards.. The toilet floor tiles so smooth my 3 years old son slipped and fell while bathing with some soap on the floor. The heater also very weak and water not very hot. The other room door cannot lock too. The carpentry is very old and the hangers all old and disorganized. The kettle inside so dirty.. we change to pot to boil water but the pot is leaky... I mean please try to get new pots, pans, cups and other stuff pls. Some basic Reno of your property is much needed. Our friends stay with asiapac in the same building and everything is so nice and clean and well renovated. It's hard to rebook with JB Homestay the next time we are here.

Definitely not coming back and recommending to friends

We booked for a unit with two bedrooms. One bedroom is supposed to come with a double bed and another comes with two single beds, as listed in the platform. Even before we check in, we inform the person in charge and emphasise about the unit type we booked. However, on the day we check in, it was a different unit type. We asked for an additional bed but was refused without any suggestion/solution. Ends up one of us has to sleep on the couch. The unit is not really clean upon checking in, with footprint mark can be seen on the living room floor. The window handlers were also dirty and feel sticky. Kitchen sink and induction cooker are also dirty with yellowish stains around. The sofa is also stained. The pillow is not really comfortable and feels hard. Worse still, the keychain holding the card keys and key are out of shape and any of them can fall out easily anytime without knowing it.
