From May 1 to Thanksgiving we exclusively rent to family groups of 14 people or less, regardless of age(i.e. infants/toddlers count toward group total), and from the first Saturday in June thru to the second Saturday of September, we rent by the week, Saturday - Saturday. Our outdoor quiet time policy of 930pm is a little too restrictive for groups of adults which is why our May-Thanksgiving groups must be a mix of kids and parents and/or grandparents, etc... Between Thanksgiving and the first weekend in May, we happily welcome all groups to inquire, families, adult only, etc... We have parking for a maximum of 4 cars, No trailers of any kind permitted on site, boat trailer storage to be arranged by Vacationer through either McCrackens Landing or Carveths Marina. It is not the the same as city internet, but can usually handle netflix, crave (or whatever service you subscribe to), on the main tv. It can support some regular internet activities but can't support streaming on multiple devices. Also, unfortunately we can't guarantee minimum speeds or that there won't be sporadic and/or weather related unavailabilities from time to time, which is why it is offered free of charge.
