Nestled in Naples Park, this lovely house for $258 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enter this beautifully decorated coastal charmer and prepare to relax and enjoy your Naples vacation. This three-bedroom two bath home is beautifully decorated and comes fully appointed with everything you will need to be immediately at ease; either indoors or by the heated pool. The property is very private with a six foot fence surrounding the entire yard and pool. Ask us about the Golf Cart service to the beach! We currently host 11 properties in this area. The dining area and kitchen opens to the family room and out to the pool area. There is seating for ten with a round dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counters and brand-new cabinets. Everything you need to prepare home cooked meals is provided with more than enough space for multiple chefs. The family area has a light coastal décor and features plenty of seating for you and your guests to enjoy movie night on the flat screen TV. The kitchen, dining and family areas are open concept and invites your guests to relax, converse, and view the pristine heated pool, covered lanai and lawn. Enter the master bedroom and you’ll find a king size bed with upgraded linens. Tastefully decorated, this room has a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, chest of drawers and a pair of nightstands. The master bath has granite counters and a large, tiled walk in shower with glass enclosure. Bedroom number two offers a queen size bed, flat screen TV, chest of drawers, nightstands and upgraded linens. This room is well lit and smartly decorated with navy and grey accents. Bedroom number three has a bright décor, two twin size beds (with a trundle bed), a flat screen TV, nightstand, and upgraded linens making this room perfect for adults or children. These two bedrooms share a large remodeled full-size bath featuring granite counters, a tiled tub/shower combination and glass enclosure. A large linen closet provides space for all your toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is throughout the home as well as a fire alarm/sprinkler system for your added safety. Florida weather is celebrated as you enjoy the large heated pool. Nice gradual steps allow you to safely enter the pool and there is a built-in bench for soaking up the sun. Chaise lounge chairs provide a relaxing place to sip on your favorite beverage and if you like to dine outdoors, the covered lanai with seating for six is the perfect option. A gas grill awaits the chef with outdoor cooking skills. The entire property is beautifully landscaped with tropical flair. Everything you need to kick back, relax and enjoy your Florida vacation is provided. In the garage, you’ll find a washer and dryer and four bicycles: two for adults and two for kids. Beach chairs, beach towels and a sun umbrella are all part of the accommodations. There are two world class beaches within easy walking distance: If you choose to drive Vanderbilt Beach has a parking garage that charges $8/day/vehicle and Delnor-Wiggins State Park charges $6/day/vehicle. Delnor-Wiggins State Park also has outdoor grills and picnic tables and both beaches offer water sports rentals. Numerous dining options are nearby and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Publix are all within a five-minute drive for grocery items. The Mercato and Pavilion Shops are less than a mile away and the 5th Avenue Shops of downtown Naples are a short 15-minute drive. There are numerous public and private golf courses within minutes. This truly is one of the best locations in Southwest Florida.

This house was absolutely perfect! We have rented many times in Naples and this one was by far our favorite. Christine is amazing and so, so great to work with. The location is great (we walked to the beach!) and the neighborhood is quiet. We can't wait to come back in March. Thank you for everything!

We loved the house! Was very well equipped, clean, organized, and perfect for 7 people. Great location! 4 minutes driving to Vanderbilt Beach and 7 minutes to Delnor Wiggins state park. Great post Christmas vacation

My family and I decided to head south after the holidays and get out of New England for some sun. We had a wonderful stay in Naples. The house was perfect, my son loved the pool, and we were pretty close to the beach(about 1 mile drive). The weather was amazing. Exactly what we needed. Christine, the property manger, met us at the house when we arrived. She was so friendly and helpful so I felt very comfortable contacting her if we needed something.(we didn't) Would recommend staying at this house. Didn't want to leave!

I spent with my cousins for the 4th of July weekend and this place is amazing, the location is great, close to the beach. The house was very clean and had everything we need to feel home. The pool are is great to have a good time and make a bbq. Christine, our host was very kind and she explained vey well every detail of the house, I would definitely stay there again!

We were fortunate to stay in this home over Spring Break. It is exactly as pictured and a wonderful for a family. There is a very private outdoor space with dining table and comfortable seating area around the pool. We grilled and ate all our meals outside. Christine has thought of everything, games, books, coffee, laundry and bikes. Super location midway between popular beaches. We will happily stay here again. Thank you for making such a wonderful home and then sharing it !

The house was adorable, well-appointed and spotlessly clean. Our hosts were attentive but not intrusive. We weren't so lucky with the weather and the red tide, and that made the comfort of the home all the more important. Thanks to our hosts for creating conditions for a restful stay.

I cannot say enough great things about the Home. It is as beautiful as pictured, clean, and had everything my family and I needed. The pool was at a perfect temperature and clean. They even had pool and beach toys for the kids... board games as well! Christine and George were so kind, available if we needed them. Literally had everything! Christine even had nutregena makeup wipes in every bathroom for women to help keep the white towels clean! This woman is a genius!!! It’s those small details that make you want to come back. And we absolutely will be back! Thank you so much Christine and George for making our time in a Florida so memorable and comfortable!
