About this house rental
Nestled in Miramar Beach, this charming house for $545 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beach Haven has been completely updated and remodeled with new paint and laminate flooring, and granite countertops. New mattresses throughout. This is a very unique property. Big enough for two families or one large family. This is a unique property with two entrances from the front and rear area to the pool. Groups can hang out together or have a little privacy for multi-family gatherings. This property includes: Two fully stocked kitchens, two living/dining areas with large floor space to spread out, two full size washer and dryers, 4 full bathrooms with shower and tubs, and 2.5 baths on each side upstairs. This property is great for large groups. There are 4 Bedrooms total. Three bedrooms have queen size beds and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunks beds. Upstairs on each side there is a queen pull out sleeper sofa for extra guests. This unit comfortably sleeps 14 guests. Enjoy 6 Smart TV's, U-tube television, and streaming services available when you can sign with your personal favorites. Ground floor entrance, park right at your front door and you are home. Enough parking for 4 cars. Front porch with hoses to wash off from your day at the beach. In the back yard you have your own private pool area with plenty of seating and lounge chairs. Gas Grill right outside your back door. Fenced in back yard. Side area for kids or pets to play in. Pool is fenced in so you do not need to worry about the little ones. 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center Very private. The beach is just a short walk down the private gated road. (About 150 Yards) Baby Gear: Property has two full size high chairs, 2 porta cribs, safety gates at the top of the stairs, and 2 gates you can use at the bottom of the stairs. Beach Gear: 4 back pack Beach Chairs, 2 beach umbrellas Wireless Internet, Secure electronic Locks with codes that change with each guest. Street is private with Gate at entrance. Pet friendly property! Dogs only, no restrictions on weight or number of dogs. $175.00 additional fee for pets plus taxes. I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set. November- February we offer discounted monthly rates. Please contact us directly if you are interested in renting for more than 30 days during these months. Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat This outstanding location is âoff the beaten pathâ of Emerald Coast Parkway in Miramar Beach, FL, but in the heart of everything this area has to offer. Gulf-front restaurants with friendly laid back beach bars are minutes away along Scenic Gulf Drive. Have a great time. Location was short walking distance to private beach access. The kids loved the pool.
The only thing I wish was it had a lock out between the 2 units. You have to go downstairs, over to the next unit and back upstairs to go between.

We had an amazing stay. Minus the slight inconvenience of having to go out everytime you wanted to go to the other side since there is no joining door. The property was clean. Lots of towels and blankets. Conveniently located to lots of different things. Communication with property management was awesome!

We took a group of 6 15 year old boys on a mom/son beach trip. The property was great. The 2 upstairs living areas were great bc the boys were able to have their own space. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely use her properties for future trips!

We liked having multiple living room spaces to accommodate children and adults. The communication was excellent and response times quick. Wish the pool was heated but that didnât stop the boys from having fun! We would definitely go back

Overall our stay was âokayâ. House has a good location just about 100 yards from the beach so that was good. You are also positioned right next to an Alvinâs souvenir shop, which brought some noise-not totally terrible but you will hear it. Otherwise, it is unfortunate there is no internal door between each side of the duplex. It doesnât seem like a big deal until you have to go downstairs and out the front or back door each time you want to go to the other side of the unit. Then go back up stairs to the living areas of each unit. If you have older people with you this will get old quick. I think some minor upgrades like better wifi, maybe provide more than 1-2 dish towels, a few extra blankets for the living spaces. Obviously, not end of the world but just some simple improvements that would make the stay more comfortable.
Danielle was super responsive with any questions we had, so no complaints there.

Overall 5 stars. Clean, comfortable and well furnished. Everything was just as advertised, great location and close to the beach. Communication was excellent and check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thanks to all at Kimberly Lang!

This place was perfect for our families! Owner was very responsive to our questions and let us know ahead of time of any potential issues. The private beach was AMAZING. We went during a very very busy season and didn't have to fight for a space AT ALL!!
The pool furniture and surrounding area could probably use some updates. For example, only a couple of our lights around the pool worked and a couple were broken. But the kids didn't mind at all and had a blast so that's really all that matters. Will definitely look forward to staying here again

Both units are nice (duplicates), they are not connected at all on the inside. Everything was very clean and pretty. Also was nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas.

Short walk to the beach. We had a few minor issues but nothing major. The pool area could use some work. The fence is falling in some places. Overall we had a great time and will be looking into renting the house again next year.

Great Location
We had a group of 8 ladies for our annual trip. We rented both sides of the unit and it worked out well for the most part. There were a few maintenance items and it was a little inconvenient that the units didn't have a shared door on the upper level, but, overall, our group had a great stay and would recommend staying here.

Great stay just steps from the beach
Our group had an excellent experience at Beach Haven. The location was a short walk from a beautiful, quiet beach, and the house was kept in very good condition. Only thing to note is the two units that make up the house can only be accessed separately from outside in the front or back, they do not have a connecting door inside to go back and forth between the two.

Great getaway
Upon arrival we were amazed to see such a large property for such a great price. The 2 units were large enough for our group & accommodated everyone well. I will say if you have trouble with steps or older members in your party who do, you may want to take a look. The upstairs gathering area & kitchen are upstairs in both units which can be a concern. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed (broken chair at dining table, toilet in bunk bedroom, drain in pool & outside drain in driveway just a few items) but overall a nice stay.

Fall Break Visit
The house was perfect for our extended family stay. The house a duplex that you can rent both sides of. The bedrooms are downstairs when you enter the house and the living area and kitchen are upstairs. It was nice having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom. Having a pool there was really nice especially having kids. It is good size and the area around it was great with chairs and trees that provide a bit of shade when supervising the kids. The walk to the beach was only a few mins and it is nice having a private drive so you only have to dodge the occasional car. There are 2 outdoor showers, with hot water, to rinse off on either side of the house. The house had ample amount of beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. My only suggestion would be to replace the grill grates and tools to clean as well as the pots and pans. Overall a great place to stay and I would recommend to any large family.

A few cons or things to improve:
- the beach is a good walk from the house and no parking at the end of the street near the beach access. Definitely doable but long with a cranky toddler đ. We knew it wasnât right at the beach so not complaining, just something for renters to be aware of
- some furniture seems like it needs replacing on side b. The dining chairs all had wobbly legs. We continuous tightened them but without proper tools, could only do so much. The queen bed on the b side was very squeaky. I know that sounds like a silly complaint but any movement at night would cause the whole bed to squeak.
Overall would definitely stay again! Miss it already!
