Grocery store(Jewel), Dry Cleaners(will provide you with a discount for staying at The Clark),UPS,Walgreens, Marshalls, LA Fitness, wine shop, Red Line, Metra, CTA Transportation, Evanston, Lake,Beaches, and Restaurants all in walking distance.Loyola and Northwestern 10 minutes away...Only bring your clothes and your ready to go! Cleaning fee is $355 for stays of 30 days or less; additional Flat $150 per 30-days for longer term stays. Also, look at our other 2 units in the building. House Rules: -Upon booking we require a list of all full legal names of you and your guests, a four digit code to gain access to the building, a copy of the driver's license, state ID or passport (must submit to owner at the time of booking) -No additional guests allowed if not on the list ($100 per night, per guest if not authorized). -Must reserve the amount of parking spots needed. First come, first served. -First parking spot free, (additional vehicle $25 per diem, per vehicle) -No "street shoes" worn in building at all times ($100 fine) -No Pets. ($500 Fine) -No smoking allowed in building ($1,000 fine)

Lilian’s place was perfect for our family! Her place was very clean, the kitchen had everything we might possibly need, and Lilian was very responsive and very helpful throughout the stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Could not have been happier with our accommodations. Everything from check in to check out was perfect! Lillian the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The neighborhood was great with a grocery store and several restaurants in walking distance. We even cancelled our reservation at a 4 star downtown hotel on our final night because we were so comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful Roger’s Park condo. Everything was as advertised. The home was cozy, all essentials were available to us and we felt safe. I think our favorite part was being so close to the lake. We took several walks along the water. The host was very helpful. I strongly recommend this place.

My family stayed at the Clark on Memorial Day weekend. I cannot say enough positive things about the rental house. The cleanliness and the overall condition was impeccable. The communication with the owner was awesome.
All our questions were answered very quickly.

Great proximity to resturants, groceries and Evanston. Busy street which makes maneuvering in and out of the driveway challenging if you are driving. The area is what I would call transitional but the property is very nice. It had everything we needed. The Host was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would gladly say there again.

Exceptional!
My husband and I took a weekend trip to Chicago and we stayed at Lilian’s place. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The location is awesome, close to Evanston or Chicago and a 5 minute walk to the “L”. Lilian was an extremely friendly and thoughtful host. I knew that if I encountered any issues she would be there to help us immediately!
The place itself was extremely clean and the furnishings were very stylish. Every amenity you would need for your stay, short or long, was there! She thought of every detail. The WiFi worked great and we watched movies on the big screen TV at night. We would love to stay here again in the future next time we come back to Chicago!

Wonderful place!
We were 2 couples visiting Northwestern for The Ohio State football game and absolutely would recommend this VRBO. Convenient Uber/Lyft ride to campus. Jewel Osco with a Starbucks across the street. Very clean and amenities were perfect. Lilian was a gracious host.. we will be back!

Such a great place to stay while in Chicago! It is extremely clean an comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay. The photos are accurate and all the amenities are modern including bluetooth in the bathroom to enjoy music while getting ready. Lilian is a wonderful and gracious host. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in this area.

Convenient Location for Chicago and Evanston Visits
This condo was beautifully decorated and Lilian was the perfect host. Our family enjoyed the convenience to Northwestern for our son's graduation. Not a huge place, but plenty of room for 6 of us for one night (and three of us for two more nights). Note there are no shoes allowed inside the unit. Also there were good food basics in the kitchen, including coffee and tea.

My Lucky Find!
I stumbled upon this gem of a place when I was looking for a rental for my family’s short visit to Chicago. It’s not far from downtown and it’s very near the universities we visited. It’s very clean and just exudes with warmth and charm! It had all the amenities that was promised. The WiFi was excellent! It was truly a home away from home! Lillian is a lovely host who is very prompt with answering my few queries.

Beautifully renovated property!
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend along with our 4 kids, ranging in age from 3 to 18. We were in town for Loyola's Family weekend. The campus was a quick drive from the Clark. The place is impeccable! Despite it not being in a very residential area, it was very quiet and peaceful inside. Lillian was kind enough to meet us upon arrival and give us a quick run down of everything as well as the area. The living room was bright and comfortable with an impressive TV. The bathrooms were spotless, with amazing towels! The beds were comfortable, including the queen-sized inflatable mattress that we utilized! It was nice to have a designated parking spot off the street (with security cameras). It was also convenient to have a grocery store so close. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place! Highly recommend
We had 2 couples stay here for a cubs weekend. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Getting into the unit is super easy with the keypad. Very clean and everything is updated. Fluffy towels. :-) Really close to the red line so getting downtown is simple. Or an Uber/Lyft ride is $20 and maybe 25 min. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hospitality!
We were warmly greeted when we arrived. Lillian took the time to show us around the apartment and answer questions. Very responsive to our needs during our stay. Spacious and very clean. The place is BEAUTIFUL! It was easy to see a lot of thought was put into making sure anything that a person could possibly need during their stay was there. It truly was a pleasure to come back and relax there after a day in Chicago. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 3 days in Chicago
The apartment was perfect - clean, quiet and convenient to all we wanted to do in Chicago. Went downtown one day and to Cubs games the other two. We were able to Uber for about $10 each way - very convenient and quick.
