Find shop that had key no much English
The remotely advice good but when we're trying get tv working would not listen to us no signal kept sending meessage on things to do we had send photo of each screen wased one evening then asked some one to come arranged 4pm next day did not come kept sending text try all sorts must been 10 in total in the end we said forget it we do without was spoiling our holiday next day Wednesday text can we be in at 4pm so we came back and a lovely man came so helpful but he could not sort it end up a cable and a TV from another flats we could watch bbc and itv
Shame spoiled the holiday as my husband trying to sort it tool up stomach time
Should take sea view from the name misleading
No talk of compensation we won't stay again

It was close to everything
The loud music until late from the pub opposite. We couldn’t cook anything on the hob as they didn’t supply the correct pans.
The blinds were really dirty, it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
The front door handle was coming away from the outside of the door

I loved it! Went on a girls trip and enjoyed it thoroughly
The hot shower and wifi did not work during our stay which was unfortunate.

The location and spaciousness was great.
We were there for Pride and the terrace suited us so well.
Picking up the keys was stressful. I was at the shop at the right time (3pm I think?) and the staff behind the desk were saying that they hadn't dropped off the keys. I called the hosts, who insisted that the keys had just been dropped off. I couldn't hear them very well especially when in the shop handing it to the staff so they could speak. While I was in the shop, the key was dropped off. This had a huge knock on effect on our trip, as we were late for our plans (missed RuPaul!) and I was just stressed about it all, not knowing what would happen.
