Brilliant location for all the best bits of brighton. Very responsive host. Well kitted out and beds super comfy and house clean
Maybe a bit tired in places and bottom bathrooms not so easy to use (small) but didn’t affect our stay

Leuk huis, zeer centraal gelegen tussen centrum en strand. Lekker ruim en rustig balkon aan de achterzijde. De host reageerde zeer snel en zorgt ervoor dat alles goed komt. De stad is gezellig met veel horeca, strand is leuk en relaxed
Parkeren is er lastig en best duur en een eind lopen. In de nacht was er best veel leven op straat, maar dat kan je ook wel verwachten in het centrum van de stad in een drukke straat

Beds super comfy, rooms very spacious, good size kitchen, great location only a few minutes walk from everything we had planned for the weekend. Plenty of rooms so everyone had their privacy. Even a discount offered at two local stores for staying here.
My room was near the street, which at night meant I could hear people on the street. Felt like it maybe didn't have double-glazing. No lights on after opening the gate meant it was pitch black at night going down the first steps.
