we had a problem with the air conditioning. I informed the owner about the noise and about the non-functioning of the device. Unfortunately he only offered us a fan in the middle of the summer. I understand about unexpected occurrences, but the owner didn't respond to my messages anymore, didn't offer me bonus around the problem I faced. Unfortunately, it was not a good memory for my grandmother and mother, who were visiting Italy for the first time. The indoor smell was also strong, but what bothered me the most was the owner's non-response to resolve or at least return part of the money to me as he was unable to deliver what he had promised in the ad.
