Matt and Cheryl’s Westhampton home is luxe and pristine. Could not have asked for more and only wish our stay was longer. From comfortable beds and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, to beautiful fireplace and huge dining table, we loved the home. Best of all for us was the pool, spa and large deck for relaxing and the short walk to the beach. Matt was awesome communicator and a thoughtful host, being flexible when our plans had to be tweaked. Can not give a higher recommendation.

Great find in Westhampton. 5 min walk to the beach. Great pool with hot tub that heats up well. Beautiful bathrooms all recently renovated. Matt and Cheryl, who own and manage the property, are incredibly responsive and helpful if you have any questions before or during your stay.

The property was beautiful! It's right across the street from the beach. Our family had a wonderful time - relaxing, going to the beach and hanging out in the pool and spa. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything that you might need. The owner was great to work with and very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return in the future.

I've stayed at 10+ VRBOs in varying areas around the Hamptons and this is one of the best. Landlord is very easy to deal with. Property is well appointed, they don't leave you with one roll of paper towels or short you on the beach towels. Everything looked as it did in the pictures and it was a great weekend vacation.

Our family had the most amazing weekend at this lovely beach house! The pictures truly depict the beauty of this home. Every detail was well thought of in terms of anything you would need to make your stay complete enjoyable and stress free.

We did a last minute and we’re lucky to find this home. The pool and hot tub were great, the home was spacious, clean and safe. It’s close to the beach and easy to drive ten mins into town.

The house was perfect. It is clean and up to date. The pool and spa combo was the perfect place to be on a chilly night with the stars above. The owner Matthew was quick to respond to our questions. We had no concerns so his job was easy. Overall we would stay here again and again. .

Overall very comfortable, pleasant setting, with easy access to the beach and spacious living and pool area. Nice to have two refrigerators, a dining area next to the kitchen, and a washer and dryer. Bikes, pool floats, and barbeque with an outside table and chairs/umbrella were a plus. An overall enjoyable experience for all including our pet french bulldog!

Everything was wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable, lovely and had everything that we needed including great beach towels and soft cozy linens on the beds. The beach was close by and easy to access and having a pool and hot tub at the house was the cherry on the top. We can't wait to return!!

Perfect location to get away. You are a block from the beach, private, and a quick ride on your bike to Cupsogue!!!
You are also about a 10 min (go slow there is no rush!!!) drive to beautiful downtown Westhampton with amazing restaurants, icecream, bagles (the best ever) and all you may need for your trip pre and post including our friend Joe at Saltwater!!!

We all had a wonderful time - again. This home is beautiful and the renovated bathrooms and kitchen are not to be missed!! Checking in is a piece of cake and communication is flawless with the owner whenever needed. Proximity to the beach is perfect - even with little kids. We are all looking forward to returning again. This is a beautiful home in a nice location with more amenities than you would expect. The beach is a short walk from the house and there is a heated pool/spa that is part of the deck/patio. The owner, Matthew, is a pleasure, answering all questions and accomodating his guests. Kids loved it too.

Checking in we found blood stained sheets, urine stains on the mattress and what I believe was semen stains on the blanket. All this witnessed by house's handy man. Also found that the living room TV was old rear projection tube that was very weak and image blurred. Couch in living room was stained, dirty and odorous. BBQ grill didn't work. Owner did agree to replace all the linens so that we could stay there. But accused us of having unrealistic expectations and that the house was accurately portrayed, as if thru the pictures on Vrbo you can smell odors, turn on the TV or inspect the linen and mattresses for stains. If your expectations are that a house not be a health risk, that the living room T V and couch are of good quality, that the BBQ grill works, and that the owner cares about your experience, then look elsewhere.

We booked our trip earlier this year and wanted to stay close to home and find a relaxing location that allowed pets. This rental fit the bill and more some! Matthew was excellent to work with and had great recommendations for local restaurants. The home was clean and well maintained and was stocked with everything you would need to have a relaxing beach vacation. The pool and hot tub were perfect…and the beautiful Westhampton beach was a short walk away. We will be back!

Very kind and accommodating host, and very welcoming, clean, nicely furnished and artfully decorated house, very luminous, spacious and very comfortable, a few minutes walk from the wide and many-mile-long fabulous beach, all on quiet streets, perfect for running, biking and walking. Large deck with heated spa and pool and with a nice grill and a large welcoming table for outdoor dining. Bikes and even a sand bike kindly available in the garage. Very close to a wonderful end-of-island park, a short drive from many good restaurants. We all had a very relaxing and wonderful time. Greatly recommended !!

It was the first real getaway for me and my cousins and friends, many of whom are healthcare workers, since the start of Covid, and I must say that it was a great treat. The location was absolutely perfect! The house is clean, bright, and spacious. The heated pool/ hot tub was a treat for an early May trip. Being a short walking distance from the beach was perfect, we were able to watch sunsets. Very easy location to get too and we felt very safe. Matthew is also a very helpful and responsive host. He made sure we were okay and was the most accommodating host ever. Any questions I had, he was able to answer right away. Definitely a location we’d love to book again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was spacious, there was a ton of room in the kitchen, and it's so close to the beach. We walked there every day of our stay. The owner was very communicative and flexible. He was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just spent a week at this house. It’s comfortable and well stocked. The pool and jacuzzi are great. It’s right across the street from the ocean. Perfect location and very easy house and very accommodating owner. Great for kids.
