Pros: Beautiful view, lots of parking, easy access to the beach. It was nice to have access to beach chairs, so we didn't have to pack those! We were excited for wonderful water pressure in the shower as we had just spent a week in Disney with terrible water pressure. The beds were also very comfortable. Everything was clean, and we literally had almost everything we needed.Minor inconveniences: I had to contact the host immediately upon arrival as the gate code did not work, but she did return my call immediately and provided another code. The wifi password posted on the walls is posted in capital letters took us quite a while to figure out it is all lower case letters, after I tried every other combination I could think of.Cons: I would recommend bringing a fan as the air doesn't get back into the bedroom and we burned up all night while the kids froze in the living room. The mattress on the pull out sofa looks disgusting. I'm not sure what the stains are, but a mattress cover would help that significantly. Overall, it was OK for a 2 night stop on our way back home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sea Side Resort and the villa fulfills our wants! Clean, comfortable, well equipped and best of all the location and ocean view. Just a quick walk to beach, Coligny Circle and bike rental. Close to Sea Pines east gate also.Thank you Meredith and we're already looking forward to our next stay!

The location of the condo and the ocean view were wonderful! The condo space is very tight but for 3 nights it was ok. The bed (new mattress needed) pretty much took up the entire bedroom! If you plan on making any meals, be aware there is no table or chairs. The apartment was very clean, but it definitely could use an update.
