About this house rental
About a mile to Parris Island, Centrally located in Beaufort next to restaurants, beaches & local shopping all in a small country setting. Smoke-Free Home! Ranch style, open floor plan.
NO PETS ALLOWED. I do have another home near by that is pet friendly, just ask. Park & tennis courts are also in walking distance. Fishing and boat dock is less than one mile. We rent out our kayaks! 45 minutes from Savannah Airport & 90 minutes from Charleston Airport. No parking on grass! Blocking or disconnecting cameras or sensors is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Everything was nice and clean. Everything went well for our trip. Location was perfect for early mornings to Parris Island.

Very nice place, great location for the Marine base. back yard was great for grilling and relaxing.

The home is nice however, the house is filthy. There were spider webs on the walls, the walls are dirty from hand prints.. The master bathroom clean towels had hair suck all over them and the hot water took forever to heat up. We had to clean the house before we could relax. We had to go out and buy new pillows and bed linens because of the smell of the actual pillows, the master bed sheets was funky, and the top sheet was hanging on the floor. The bunkbed felt like it was going to fall part, no one would sleep on the top bunk. the floors are starting to lift off of the subfloor. The kitchen poorly stocked with cooking essentials. The out door patio furniture was covered in cat hair and the handle rail was falling apart, the host did have it fixed after we called to inform her.
