This was my worst New Year's Eve of my entire life.

Nothing.

We came to this city for the first time, I’m 69 years old. Registered for booking and paid. We were given a room in the sector where those who smoke lived. We opened the room, but it was a complete mess, dirty, the room was not cleaned, not ready. When I asked for another room, we were told that there were no more available. I asked to remove this, I even said that I was ready to remove it myself, they told me that they would simply return the deposit. Where should we go? This happened on December 30, before the New Year. It was impossible to find a free hotel. We slept at the airport.

The staff provides a sense of community which in turn makes me estatic to circulate my money here.

The property was very clean and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful.

SEPT-2023 Experience

Smooth Check-in, Comfortable bed,laundry facility on site, Fantastic location: Supermarket, Pharmacies, Gas Station/convenience store, Array of restaurants w decent $, all are brief walking distance *(for Non-drivers).

...room set up like a kitchenette with 2 burner stove, but no Microwave or Refrigerator, no Blanket (you have to ask) and you have to wash your own linen and Towels. *(strange to me) if your stay is beyond a couple days. overall aesthetically clean and neat, but many areas have thick layers of dust/dirt to touch as well as flooring. abundance of minor but aggravating issues,yet STILL RECOMMENDED, as it seems they are attentive to previous negative reviews and have and continue to address and resolve all issues.

Our stay was horrible!

My tv didn’t work, it would come in and out. The air conditioner leaked so bad they had a ice bucket catching the water.

I understand keeping the area safe but they were ridiculous. We paid for 4 rooms for for 3 days we were told we couldn’t sit in our own cars after 10PM even though we weren’t making noise. We were loading our cars to leave it was 11:10AM , my daughter was leaving the dogs in the room until we completed loading the car she was told she had 3 minutes to leave or the next knock would be the sheriff. I could understand if we weren’t actively loading our car but clearly we leaving. It was a lot of unnecessary crap. So we took our money and got an Airbnb where our money is appreciated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room smelled like dog urine. When I told the front desk, they told me there was no house keeping and gave me a mop and told me to clean the floors. The microwave looked as if someone exploded something in it. I requested a different room and was told the hotel was completely booked. I looked online and it said there were still rooms available for my time of stay.

upon arrival we were not greeted. the room looked like it was shot up, the smell of piss lingered the halls, cotton ball covered the peephole.

I like the fact that consumers service was very professional.

I didn't like the room I chose. After entering the room, I noticed screws were all around the room and the microwave was rusty, and the hot water in the lil kitchen didn't work. The bathroom door had a hole in it, and room service didn't bring towels the next day. The ice machine took 3 hours just to full the ice bucket halfway.

Worst experience ever

Enough parking space

The room was incredibly dirty and run down. It was so horrible that we couldn’t even take a shower. It also had a disgusting smell. Neighbors were quite noisy and we even felt unsafe. Definitely not the place to stay with your family (or even alone). Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Please avoid at all costs.
