Disappointed with room

Convenient location , rooms were quiet Beds comfortable , had fridge and microwave

Room very dark, only 1 lamp, and entry light. No coffee/tea available in room or building, had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts, 2 chairs were dirty looking, couldn’t use Hair dryer didn’t work, did get replacement in AM

Poor

Our first room had a broken window (on the first floor), our second room didn't have a working lock on the door and our third room had a wet/sticky floor. There was also dirt in the sheets of the second room.

Passable for a single night

The hotel is well located and not too expensive.

The room needs to be refurbished; there were traces of colour paint repair work on the walls; the room was sticky; the air conditioning of the neighbouring room was noisy. I would not stay longer than one night.

Price reasonable and other than mold room was clean. Friendly staff

Room had mold and paint peeling on wall/ceiling. Entrance door was hard to open. Bathroom door was in need of paint/updating.

Basic comfort

The location is the best and excellent. I thought bexause we stayed during a Memorial day holiday, the price rose compared to what I usually stay at under 100. It was basic comfort, nothing fancy, but okay. Could of used more hooks in bathroom.

Terrible and disgusting

The hotel was disgusting, almost tripped over the rug in the hallway as it had a huge bubble. The room was filthy, never dusted, used toilet paper rolls in the bathroom, the bathroom ceiling was falling down, the flooring was so spaced apart that there was so much dirt inside the cracks, tons of hair left in the shower drain. I did not stay I canceled the hotel and am still waiting for my full refund. I walked in the room and immediately walked out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It is just great that there is a Dunkin Donuts at the hotel. service there was good and fast, as I had a six hour trip ahead of me to Akron Ohio

It worked for what we needed.

It was close to everything and the amount for the stay was on point.

No breakfast or even coffee to have, The pool is very tiny so its deceiving in the pictures. The facility is very old and needs a lot of upgrades. There are spiders everywhere. They state no smoking but there was a ton of smoke smells all over.

Everything was good, clean. Pool was good after long driving. We liked it.

It was said “no smoking around” But people smoked, and it smelled cigarette smoke in corridor

amazing and will be back!

the front desk staff was absolutely amazing! Met a gentleman from my home state of North Carolina. He was so helpful, and caring, he literally made the trip up to the Poconos amazing with his great energy and willingness to accommodate! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the amenities are very cool as well. The gym is small but has free weights

The TV was somewhat older but i guess im just spoiled on 4k

my room was the dirtiest ever. Cigarette butts on floor, ashes in corners of walls. hair in tub and all over floor. looks like semen on chair arms. and I came out of town. nowhere else to stay bout time I got there. I hope I’m not sick I stayed out room much as possible. I really want my money back . or a chance for them to redeem themselves by giving me a comp weekend and with a clean room smelling cigarette free

You pay for what you get honestly.

the receptions was very pleasant attending to us. parking was conveniently close to room so you can see your vehicle. There is a Dunkin Donuts attached to the property.

Rooms were not the cleanest. the bathroom had crumbs behind the toilet and under the sink as if nobody swept the bathroom. the tables chair were old worn out. The walls are pretty thin that you can here the people next door from you. The place can definitely use an upgrade
