Jo was wonderful, so friendly and yet very discreet, with the rooms being spotlessly clean. The breakfast was just great, and set us up perfectly for each day. The property was perfectly situated for touring the area, in a quiet country lane, but only a few minutes from Rye, with its good variety of shops and eateries. I cannot recommend this highly enough!

Super clean apartment - excellent cooked breakfast brought to our room in the morning. Great parking - very quiet. Comfortable bed. Would very happily stay again. Less than 10 minutes drive to Rye. Very friendly host
