This prestigious apartment is on the 1st floor of a noble building under the protection of the Minister for Cultural Heritage and Cultural Activities. It is located in Via dei Due Macelli, few steps away from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. Recently renewed by the famous interior designer and architect Cristiano Beni, it is made up of a large living room, furnished with Fendi elements, a large dining room accommodating up to 8 people, a suite (40 square meters) with a large double bed and a Jacuzzi for 2 people with waterfall, a relax corner with biodynamic armchairs, a large bathroom with shower and hammam for 4 people, a double bedroom with large walk-in wardrobe, a fully equipped modern professional kitchen, a bathroom with shower for two people. The apartment is provided with a/c, LCD tv with home theatre, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. It is finely furnished: high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and slate pavements. Its central location makes this apartment the perfect Roman vacation going for luxury.

Excellent location right down the street from the Spanish steps. Very safe and quiet area. Easy walk to a metro station and to a grocery store. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Showers have a great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the bathrooms are spotless. Great supplyof glasses and dishes and silverware, and pots and pans. The host is very responsive, and the check-in and checkout processes were so easy. The host helped me to arrange for transport from the airport at a very reasonable price. The host leaves a welcome gift of things like wine, coffee, cookies, and milk, which is so nice. Great stay. I would certainly return.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was to die for and the open living space was to everyone's liking. Our host and hostess were excellent communicators! They assisted us from booking to check-out and even assisted us with transportation to and from the property.The only negative is the closet space. While there was plenty of closets in the second bedroom, the closet hanging space was half-height perfect for shirts, pants and suits but not for dresses. We were attending a wedding and there wasn't a hanging space to accommodate our long dresses and the master bedroom didn't have a closet. We suggest converting the walk-in closet in the second bedroom to accommodate longer garments.

The apartment was exactly as described. Great location just outside the main tourist area. Minor issues were dealt with swiftly. Excellent choice of restaurants within easy walking distance.
