About this apartment rental
This spacious two bedroom penthouse has magnificent views of the beach and mountains. It also has a private patio with an outdoor shower that guests rave about. Sleeps up to 6 People. One King bed, one Queen, one sofa pullout in living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchenette (Under Sink Drinking Water Filter, Induction cook-tops, stainless and non stick cookware, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea kettle) All rooms have TV's with cable. Smart tv in the living room with Plex. Private Wireless Internet, iron, ironing board, small vacuum, hair dryers and large beach towels are included. Glass windows with bug screens.
Transportation to and from the airport is at your disposal (not included).
The property has full time security. There is tips sheet inside the kitchen cabinet with places to eat and see and contacts of trusted and fair priced drivers.

This was an excellent property and the pictures are accurate. It's a full two bedroom with a private bedroom upstairs and one downstairs. Fully equipped kitchen. The outside area upstairs was a plus for family time to eat/play games/relax. There was a view of the beach from upstairs and the living room as well. The community has restaurants in walking distance (including food available at the bar area downstairs). The pool area has a lifeguard that is always on duty during the posted hours. 10/10 would stay here again. Things to know -beach access is 8:30 - 6:00 (which was enough) and included in the stay. Staff will greet you daily - a good morning, afternoon, evening is always polite in Jamaica. Take a walk to the local KFC, there's a supermarket in walking distance nearby to the left of the entrance about 4-5 blocks down, and stop and support the local community - we had plenty of pineapple, jelly coconut, and sugarcane bought from local vendors daily a little to the left of the entrance. They also sell jerk chicken, pork and soup to the left of the entrance. You can walk to Ocho Rios Jerk Center for some good food, ambiance, and drinks. Dunns River and Blue Hole are in close driving distance. Vendors on the beach sell tours and drinks (glass bottom boat, water rides) and are very polite about your yes or no. There's a Scotiabank and CIBC ATM nearby for local currency withdrawal. Beef patties/red stripe were at a shop right outside. Security at entrance and safe community.

Our stay was amazing! My family of four was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. My favorite part of the property was the rooftop patio. Even though you can see the ocean from several windows, the patio had such a nice view of the ocean and the mountains, and it was a nice private place to relax while getting that fresh ocean breeze. It was my secret hideaway when I wanted a moment to myself. The location is also near the grocery store, restaurants and not far from tourist attractions either. Perfect getaway!!

I’ve stayed there before that’s one of my favorite places to stay when I travel to Jamaica. The host ALWAYS respond quickly if I need them.

From beginning to end this stay was perfect! The home is gorgeous and very clean. The location was a 10/10 literally anything you want or need is within a very short walk. They supplied everything you need and more plus many extra towels for beach annd pool. They even had some beach chairs to go to the beach with.( take them otherwise they’ll charge you 750 JMD which is roughly 7.50 CDN)The pool was fantastic too. The pool man takes such good care of the pool which makes it so clean and fresh at all times. My absolute favourite part of the home was the rooftop patio and outdoor shower. The perfect chill spot to have tea and relax. There’s a little cafe named Likkle Shop on the corner of the premises just before the gate and they have lots of yummy food and drink options for a reasonable price. They will also deliver you breakfast to your suite of you’d like. Communication was they replied instantly every single time. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that wants to go to Ochi. We’ll be back forsure.
