I loved how welcome the atmosphere is. Rooms were neat, bathrooms as well, and loved that we have amenities like the pool and garden to chill.

Location was GOLD! Staff were fantastic! The building itself has some excellent features.
Bathrooms I believe are scheduled for a rebuild, but there are plenty.

Location was great and the place was really cute and everyone seemed friendly.
The rooms were a bit pokey with little air - luckily I was on the top bunk so I had a bit through the little window.
The kitchen was right next to the bedroom and people were talking loudly in there at 8am so we couldn't lie in which was a shame.
Unfortunately my food was taken from the fridge and bed changed before checkout as they assumed I had left which left me a bit upset as I felt pushed out and was looking forward to chilling a bit and having my food that I had made myself before a 3 hour bus ride. Fortunately they found it but I was already upset by then as I had asked many times and noone knew about my food and then the first person I spoke to had it! So that could have been avoided which was a shame, but maybe a language problem.
