Minimum age of renter(s) is 25. Families welcome but limited to 2 children 17 years of age or younger. 3) The cancellation policy displayed by VRBO/HomeAway is inaccurate. Below is summary of the cancellation policy offered by Keystone Vacation Rentals. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness and weather, we highly recommend that Guests purchase travel insurance to assure the refund of monies paid due to the unforeseen. Please note reservations that are for seven or more nights during holiday/peak time periods will be subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Reservations for stays thirty (30) nights or longer will be subject to either a 90-day or 120-day cancellation policy. Please contact a reservation specialist for more information. Standard Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations falling on day 45 to day 31 before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total monies due, not withstanding whether the collection of all remaining monies due has been made pursuant to the Reservation Policy, less the $85 cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after day 30 prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund. 4) A minimum of 50% of the amount due is required at the time of the reservation with the balance due within 30 days from the time of the arrival. All reservations require payment at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date shall be required to pay the full amount at the time of the reservation. 5) Security Deposits No Longer Required! In lieu of a security deposit, a one-time Damage Waiver fee provides guests with coverage for accidental rental damage during their stay. 6) All promotions exclude holiday nights unless otherwise noted. Promotional rates do not include taxes and fees. Offers valid on qualifying reservations. Keystone Vacation Rentals reserves the right to discontinue or change the promotions at any time. Cleaning left a dirty blanket on top of one of the beds that we found when we arrived. Also the spray nozzle on kitchen sink was stuck on when we arrived causing water to spray all over me and floor. I had to remove an already broken sprayer part to disengage sprayer so we had water in the sink
Other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location

The location was excellent---we could walk or drive to our desired locations for hiking or viewing. The property was perfect for my family. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen where we could do what we wanted and a seating area allowed the visitation and togetherness we wanted. Parking was perfect and the elevator was definitely helpful.

Not luxury furnishings
Opened drawers to put our clothes in and there were a pair of yoga pants still in there. Dresser was falling apart and looked like it was painted by a 5 year old. There was black build up at the shower door bottom. The shower doors still had a film on them. The pictures are deceiving. There is a building to the left that cuts off part of the view. (Of course not mentioned ) The paths to the water are way steeper than they look in the pictures. When you pay this much for cleaning, you shouldn't have to do towels, dishes and empty garbage. Pool is in the back of the garage. Also, it was fun to have a drunk person howling at midnight. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

The property was comfortable, relaxing, and extremely well kept. We felt at home immediately. The view is spectacular and we absolutely loved the hot tub! We will most definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This was a great property in a nice location in Lincoln City. It was easy to travel south on the Oregon Coast Highway to Depoe Bay for whale watching and on to Florence for UTV Sand Dune and beach driving. Condo was clean and well-maintained. The hot tub on the balcony overlooking the ocean was amazing. Would highly recommend this property and the location.

This was a great property in a nice location in Lincoln City. The blinds do let in a lot is early morning sun in the bedrooms so being a sleep mask if you’re light sensitive. Very quiet, pretty much never saw a soul during our three nights. The beach entrance is about a block away and perfect for walking or running. I highly recommend this rental.

A couple prints of colorful beach scenes would improve the decor. An array of cutesy, junky stuff is on the walls.

What a beautiful, relaxing week. My daughter and I had a much needed vaca in Lincoln City. The condo was easy to access. All appliances were updated, with a well supplied kitchen. We loved our time at this condo! It was cute and the view is just perfect. Especially loved the hot tub on the balcony. Easy beach access in both directions. We will definitely stay here again!

We arrived just as the wildfire evacuations were lifted. It was a rough time to be there as most of the restaurants and shops were closed during our stay. The condo itself was great and very cozy with second to none views of the beach and waves. Would recommend this condo to friends for sure!

Top Notch Property
The first sight as we walked in was a panoramic view of beach and ocean. Fabulous! The condo was absolutely spotless in every way. Bed, bedding, and kitchen amenities were high quality. An assortment herbs and spices. We had trouble figuring out the entertainment remotes etc but we called for help and a nice guy showed up within a few minutes at 7 pm. Hot tub was great! A very memorable trip for us. Thank you.
