You’ll love the private hot tub, and the nearby Lower Flume trail offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, as well as hiking and mountain biking in the summer. And with multiple master suites, it’s perfect for multiple families to share. The living area is spectacular: soaring vaulted ceiling, upscale furniture, a two-story rock gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the ski slopes. There’s also a full entertainment room downstairs with a huge flat-screen TV and another fireplace, as well as a loft/seating area upstairs for relaxing, reading and games. Outside, relax and enjoy the large deck, gas grill and hot tub. The Summit Mountain rental Staff was so helpful and kind when orientation was needed. I definitely recommend the company and this house to anyone with a big trip group or family.

This property was stunning. The location is perfect. Centrally located within 10 minutes of Frisco and Breck, it is up the hillside a little bit so it's tucked back into the trees and has gorgeous views and privacy. The house itself was perfect for our 3 families all meeting up for the holidays- there were different living quarters/sides of the house for each family to have privacy or we could all join in the main living area/kitchen for family time. This house fit all of our 3 families' needs who traveled in from different states for a family Christmas and we plan to stay here again.

Silverview at Highlands is the best home we have stayed at so far in our Colorado visits, 6 in 2 1/2 years. It is everything we expected and more. The space to spread out and have privacy, or all come together is perfect in this home. We had a group of 11, family and friends, and the bedrooms are spaced out in 4 different areas. The home was clean and cozy, even though it is a very large home. I loved cooking in the kitchen. The views from every window and balcony are gorgeous, especially since there was already about a foot of snow on the ground when we got there. And it is convenient to town with lots of open yard to play in. We would definitely stay here again. This is the second time we have booked with Summit Mountain Rentals and will be booking with them again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home!

Beautiful house in a great location. Convenient to town but just far enough away from the crowds. It is even better than the pictures. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time with family and we were so thankful we had a great home to stay in.

One night we had a family of four from Denver stay with us, and there was still plenty of room. The layout of the large house allowed for plenty of privacy, while the three living areas and open kitchen provided lots of space to gather together. The house is a beautiful custom build, with lots of built-ins. We enjoyed the special extras, such as the trash compactor, double ovens, double dishwashers, Monopoly board game, heated floors, hot tub, cellular window shades (some of them with remote controls!) and the steam shower. The gas fireplaces added a perfect touch. We appreciated the provided linens and towels. The "mud room" just inside the garage was perfect for stowing all the ski wear, and the boot dryer was a real gift! A moose family hung out in the yard one day, and then passed through the next day, which was awesome! The office staff at Summit Mountain Rentals was very attentive and accommodating, especially Gabe.

The house is very convenient - close to Breckenridge and Frisco and near a supermarket, rental shops, breweries, and distilleries. The hot tub was perfect for us. Only comment is the size of TV (we were there superbowl weekend/olympics) and lack of dishwashing shop/soft tissues.

6 of us ladies from across Colorado enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom and private bath. This house is huge! Plenty of space to hang out alone or be with each other comfortably. I would stay here every trip to Breckenridge. The hot tub was a plus as we all fit comfortably. Beautiful views from this magnificent home as well. Wished we would have stayed an extra day. Check in and out was pretty easy, this was the first place I had to pick up and drop off keys at another location, it worked out fine, but would be nice to just get into the home like others with a lock box or something. The only issue we had was the front door handle would fall off (inside handle), I let Summit Mtn know and it was fixed that day!! Great and easy to work with Summit Mtn as well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay in this beautiful home.

The Silverview at Highlands home is truly a great experience. The 5 bedrooms were comfortable and spacious each with its own bath. The back deck and yard have an amazing mountain view and lead directly to a hiking trail. The home was well equipped for our 10 guests and has a spacious kitchen and dining area. Communication and cleanliness were top-notch. I would highly recommend booking this home for large families or groups. The home is conveniently located between Breckenridge and Frisco so travel to either town is less than 10 minutes. The staff was more than accomodating and friendly to communicate with. This was a perfect spot for a family getway!
