Nestled in Pinehurst, this attractive house for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. There is plenty of room in this 5 bedroom 4 full bath house. It overlooks the par-3 14th hole of Pinehurst Course #5. Perfect for golfers and families. Large flatscreen TVs both upstairs and downstairs, with ping pong and pool tables. Wi-fi, gas grill, 2 full-size refrigerators. (5) pinball machines. Master bedroom has 2 queen size beds. 2 bedrooms downstairs have 2 double beds each. Other 2 bedrooms have one queen and one king bed. Master bathroom has separate bathtub and shower. Other 3 bathrooms each have a stand-up shower. Short walk to the Pinehurst Harness Track and one mile to the heart of the Pinehurst Village. Short drive to Southern Pines with lots of great shopping and restaurants. We had a great time spending Thanksgiving at this property with family and friends. It really worked out well having 5 bedrooms. House was very well suited for the get together. Location was perfect and close to Pinehurst where we could shop and eat out. Would definitely stay there again. Host was very responsive. It was a really great trip.

Great location with easy to manage process and owner. Great house that is very clean. It a time capsule of the 70s that work just fine, but it does need renovation desperately. Literally it seems nothing has changed since it was built except for maybe the dishwasher. Again, very well maintained but not a modern lodging.

Group of friends came to play The resort courses with a member. The house has lots of room and is very comfortable. Right across from the Track restaurant. A great place for breakfast. Also a great Italian restaurant about a mile down the road by the food lion. We had a couple of issues and they were on it immediately to solve it. Great place to stay.

4 couples chose this home over the Carolina Hotel so we could spend more time together and cook dinner. It was lovely and the host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend it and would stay again if I have the opportunity!

Our group of 8 had a fantastic time at this house. The setup was perfect for our large group. We congregated in the large kitchen space for breakfast and regrouped in the even larger living room at night.
Communication with owner was perfect.
Entry and exit was simple and smooth.

Fabulous stay in Pinehurst with the VRBO property. Right on PH#5, hole #14. Host/Owner was very helpful and answered the few questions I had quickly. Very friendly. The house was a spectacular place to enjoy a buddies trip or family get away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

My family (ages 7 to 76 years old) spent 3 nights in this lovely Pinehurst home for a post-Christmas celebration. It was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 large living spaces and activities for kids and adults. We loved that we could bring our dog along, too!

This property is very ill represented. It needs to be updated and brought back up to code before can be rented out again. The exterior of the property matches the description very well. It is located in great part of Pinehurst , however, The interior of the house is dirty, unkept and unsafe due to mold infestation everywhere. We rented this house as we needed a lot of room for the large group that is traveling for a kids golf tournament. However, nowhere in the description did it mention that majority of the bedrooms are located in the basement. The beds have terrible mattresses and pillows, the A/c unit hasnt had a filter change in years. There are critters all over the house, and an extremely musty smell. We had to get a mold specialist to come out, who started having respiratory symptoms after being in the house for just a few minutes. This house is maybe appropriate for a men’s golf getaway, however it is completely unsafe for families with children or anyone with health issues. The host was very responsive though and allowed us yo move out with full refund as well as promised to take care of all the issues.

Great house!!
Stayed 5 days with a high school golf team competing in the National championship at Pinehurst. The house was perfect for the team, especially the game room. Also, 94 degrees outside and 72 inside with the ac which was perfect after long days on the course. Recommend this house highly.

Great house for large group. Not well stocked
Myself and 4 other couples came to Pinehurst for a wedding. The house is amazing. It is very large and laid out so everyone still has some privacy. The neighborhood is safe, quite and convenient to everything in the area. The views of the golf course are great. The check in & out process was so easy. The owner is very nice and let us check in early to make the rehearsal dinner In time. But we didn't have enough coffee cups or other kitchen items for cooking breakfast and snacks. We also were unable to find extra toilet paper rolls or paper towels. Also there is very limited parking and the drive way is extremely steep. All in all we would recommend this place to others just bring our own cups and extra tp.

Luxurious getaway. House has everything needed to entertain guests.
This place was awesome while we attended our daughter's wedding. It can accommodate a large group, large kitchen, entertainment area for all age groups including a bar area and an area to play pool, ping pong, board games, and it is a golf course. It is spectacular and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Perfect Place
It was great from the moment we checked in. The big open living room with lots of seating was perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and it was nice and big. No one felt cramped. After a long day of golf it was nice to come back to and relax. Downstairs there was a pool table and Ping Pong table. I would certainly stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, perfect setup for golf for the men and the women went to the best spa in the area-Karma Spa. Will definitely be back next year.
