L’appartamento è molto spazioso, all’interno di un residence, la titolare molto gentile, zona molto tranquilla e comoda, noi avevamo una macchina, si trova sempre parcheggio, magari non sempre sotto casa ma a breve distanza, inoltre la spiaggia di Alvor è molto grande e molto bella, molto più di quelle viste nelle vicinanze
Il fatto che la palazzina abbia delle zone in disuso, tipo la piscina che credo non venga utilizzata da qualche anno, all’ingresso c’è una reception ed un ristorante inutilizzati, probabilmente perché faceva parte di un golf club ormai chiuso da tempo

Älteres, aber relativ großes Appartement. Recht gut ausgestattete Küche. 2 schöne Balkone. Schöne Dusche. Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank mit 2 getrennten Gefrierfächern. Gute Kochtöpfe. Guter Supermarkt (Pingo Doce) ca. 1 km entfernt, zu Fuß erreichbar.
Meerblick ist zutreffend, aber das Meer ca. 2,5km entfernt. Die Teflonpfannen sind völlig verkratzt und sollten erneuert werden.

Shout out to Nilda, the property manager, slash maid, slash courier! She does everything and was so accessible to me; I was truly grateful! She even mailed me some items I had forgotten, all in a very timely manner.
What travelers need to know: Mind the mini step up at the main door. My GPS was crazy and struggled to locate the exact parking area for this huge building, so if this happens to you, too, don´t feel jaded. Chanel 16 is about the only channel in English - if you wanted to know. Also, you need to press the remote buttons just so that they work. Lastly, I found communication with the owner to all but drop off entirely leading up to and after this stay...
The walls are not soundproofed here. I state this because it was a massive selling point for me to stay this far outside of the city. But I could easily hear the neighbors above me coming and going, and while they enjoyed the balcony. Also, it was easy to hear the noise from the hallway if I didn´t close the salon door.
This place is massive and as someone raised in the suburbs, it was crazy intimidating. Also, there wasn´t a public trash can to be found on the grounds (parents might want to know this).
