Not a spectacular accommodation. Pleasant surroundings. Room was a little noisy from other customers coming and going and at breakfast time.
Location was not great. Builders started work at 8am next door.

Property was clean and easy to find.
Not the property owners fault, but others staying at the property were inconsiderate and very loud at 6am in the morning.

The host went the extra mile and extended the check-in time for me. An absolute value for money. Very clean and cosy, feels like home.
The TV might be upgraded to a bigger size.

We’d liked everything about this property:
very clean and cosy, comfortable and clean bedlinen, the owner very “present”
We had dinner at his mother’s pizzeria, which I recommend
