About this cottage rental
Located on warm, inviting and crystal clear Sproat lake, the jewel of Vancouver Island. This beautiful, fully furnished and equipped two bedroom, one bathroom guest house is ready for your vacation of a life time. Easy lake access, a large dock with a sun shade and lounge chairs and a play fort with a sand box for the kids make this the best place in the world to be in the summer! We also want guests to understand our entire property is nonsmoking. As well, because we share the property, we do limit the number of guest house guests on the property to 4 at any one time.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
Check in 4:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. There is no smoking on the property.

Beautiful forested location with lovely lake and mountain views. Lake temperature was warm in early June! Guest house was excellent, well stocked and cozy. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is by far the best rental I’ve ever stayed at! Janis has meticulously thought of everything to make your stay so much easier. A beyond fully equipped kitchen, ample towels, laundry rack, and amenities, paddle boards and canoes, lifejackets, etc. I can go on and on. Janice welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour. It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Guest House.

Martin and Janice were terrific hosts.
The Guest House was very thoughtfully appointed and we had absolutely everything we could ever think of.
The Guest House has gorgeous views from several rooms and was quiet and peaceful.
