This is a great hotel with friendly helpful staff! It is also a great starting/ending point to some of the best bicycling trails in the USA, too!! (Just minutes from Down the Flood (Johnstown National Memorial) and the Ghost Town Trails - plus others I have still to explore!)

Very clean very quiet basic accomodations nothing extra
Breakfast was a farse,limited selections nothing except for waffles.fruit yogurt cereal all limited choices toast stale donuts from a conveince store gas station quality

Only hotel available in Johnstown due to two festivals
Breakfast was very, very limited. Coffee was awful. Room smelled musty. While staff was nice was nice, they were always missing from the front desk. Most times there was a cord running from service room to electric vehicle blocking exit. There was no designated smoking area outside hotel so patrons seemed to always be blocking entrances smoking. We almost considered leaving but had paid for hotel room in advance. :-(
