About this condo rental
Located in Mallory Park, this attractive condo for $268 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to Ocean Walk B-6! Ocean Walk B-6 is a two level townhouse located at the entrance to Ocean Walk Community offering three comfortable bedrooms with two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the main living level. The large living room with flat screened TV, electric fireplace is the home's gathering center. There is a patio off of the living room. The kitchen has been completely updated along with new flooring throughout. There is also a 1/2 bath located downstairs. Upstairs is where you will find three super-nice, comfortable bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan; the second guest bedroom has a set of adorable twin beds with a ceiling fan. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination complements these two bedrooms. Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools, one of which is heated from September - April each year. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's playground. NOTE: Samsung Smart TV (SlingTV and Netflix available with your own password or log-in credentials). CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). • Dogs are allowed for a non-refundable fee (Limit 2) • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. • 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families. We did not like the lights,TVs,or stairs. We are use to cable. The TVs were very difficult to use. I will pay more attention to a condo layout next time we rent. The stairs were hard for me and our old dog.

This townhouse was amazing! Located right across from the heated pool in the community. There is a dog park very close for those with furry family members. Very clean. My son has dog allergies which can make staying in rentals a problem and he had no issues at all (they have an air ionizer on the central air system). They even mailed us an item we left behind by mistake. If renting in St. Simon look no further.

Great location to the village and beaches. Walking distance to nice playground and pickle ball. Complex had pool, playground, ping pong, duck pond, small gym area, and corn hole. We were told there were no beach towels or beach chairs, but did find some at the house. Comfortable spaces for our family to rest from all the activity. We love SSI and come every year. This was the best place we’ve stayed for the location. Highly recommend!

We stay at Ocean Walk a couple of times a year. Unfortunately, the several units we typically stay at were booked. I chose this townhome since newly renovated, looked clean, stocked well. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. Picked up check-in package. Told that maintenance would be by tomorrow morning to fix drain. He showed up and “fixed” the drain. Both tubs never drained properly. Front door would not close. Maintenance did resolve. Unit needs a deep clean. There were parts of the home, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. that have obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. We spent the first several days killing a bunch of bugs in the home. Emailed property management with concerns. No response. Also emailed since pool code was changed (resident advised) and unable to access pool, company advised that I must not have been entering the code correctly. Again, we stay here several times a year. Will not book this home again.

Comfortable well equipped condo. Beds are fine. Bathrooms small but functional. Nice kitchen and living room. We have stayed in Ocean Walk on numerous occasions and this was one of the best equipped units we have been in. Ocean Walk is perfect location for biking, close to downtown, and not far from beach.

Vacation with girlfriend . Very nice condo and complex has great amenities especially for dog owners. Location is excellent. Walk to village and pier everyday and only a 5 minute drive to any of the beaches. We lucked out on the weather. Warm and sunny every day. The rental agency was very helpful and responsive.

This is our 2nd year staying at your rental property for Thanksgiving. Everything was spotless, and the decor was beautiful. We had 8 eat a Thanksgiving lunch there comfortably. The beds were top notch. The only negative thing for the second year in a row was a poorly working toilet in the master suite and low water pressure in the second bathroom sink.

Very nice home with comfortable furnishings. Was here for work, so the location wasn't really an issue for me -- I didn't need beachfront property or anything because I wasn't here for vacation. It was relatively convenient for what I needed, safe, and clean. As I mentioned to the property managers, I was a bit surprised that there was no ESPN or TNT TV channel availability (who doesn't have ESPN?), which hampered my enjoyment somewhat since I intended on watching playoff basketball and hockey in the evenings when I got back from work. Otherwise, I have no complaints (and that one is obviously nitpicky...) and enjoyed my stay. It was fairly easy walking distance to the pier and the restaurants/shops there.

The unit is ideally situated for walking to the village and its many restaurants. It has many upgrades from windows to appliances to kitchen counters. It offers all anyone would need to function in a home away from home. However, we would recommend you bring your own sheets, bath and kitchen towels, which we did. We rented it again for next year.
