Las Palmas 210 is a wonderful two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath, 750 sq. ft. condo that sleeps up to 6 guests, across the street from the beach with beach access within walking distance. Two (2) parking spaces available. Included in reservation. THE PROPERTY Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Twin over Full Bunk Bed, and Twin over Twin Bunk Bed Sleeper Sofa in Living Room Las Palmas is located directly across the street from the sugar sand beaches of Gulf Shores, AL, about .6 miles from public beach access, and only .8 of a mile from the T, The Hangout, and more. This recently re-decorated two (2) bedroom, two (2) bath unit is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and comfortably sleeps 6. Amenities include two pools, several BBQ grills, laundry facilities on each floor, & private covered parking. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you you'll need for your vacation including a Keurig coffee maker and Ninja blender. The Master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen HDTV, and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin bunks and full/twin bunk bed combo -- perfect for the kids! Both master and guest bathrooms are full size and come with sample sized shampoos and soaps along with all bath linens needed for your stay. BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES: • RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. • NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. • AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. • PARKING PASSES: Two (2) spaces available. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. • CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase. • WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels. • RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. We enjoyed our stay, but had a few problems. The sheets didn't appear clean on one bed, which made us question the rest of the sheets. Clean high quality sheets are a REALLY big deal. There were several places that needed repainting and touch ups. The AC went out on us once, but someone came within an hour or so to fix it. There were plenty of fluffy towels for showers, and I loved the balcony. We were within walking distance to the closest public beach access. This is a really nice place, but needs some touchups and TLC.

Overall, I gave the condo 4 stars. The condo itself was very clean and everything was as pictured, but there were a couple of "annoying" minor things. First, in the bunk bed room, the light switch does not work. Instead, you have to stand on the bed in order to reach the small trigger to turn the overhead light on. Luckily, I slept in that room witb my kids and I didn't have to worry about them trying to turn the light on themselves. Second, in the king size bedroom, the satellite channels did not show all of the channels. My parents attempted several times to reset the box to get it to refresh the signal. The only result was only being able to watch a few channels. The living room and bunkbed room did not have this problem at all. So my parents ended up sitting in the living room when they wanted to watch TV. Besides the nuisances, my family had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Las Palmas.

This place is literally right across the street from beach access.
The pool is clean and nice.

We did not realize that this is up 3 flights of old wooden stairs which i heard about EVERYTIME we had to climb the them.

The place is much smaller than the photos make it look. There is no washer and drier. The place is very old and outdated. Had to go up three flights of stairs because there is no elevator. There is no a/c vent cover in master bathroom. Every room is so small. The floor squeaks very bad. You walk, everyone hears you. No window screen in master bedroom. Window seal rotted out in master bedroom. Definitely needs lot of work.

I traveled with my teenagers and their friends. The location was great with a lot of stores and restaurants with walking distance. Would definitely book again.

Great place to stay for the price
Wasn't a very extravagant place but didn't really spend much time there anyways. There was a unknown stain on the comforter but just used a different blanket. But other then that is was comfortable place to stay.

It’s an okay place, wooden structure. Floors popped when you walked around. 2 pools clean and maintained.

We enjoyed the condo it was clean having two bathrooms with a plus!
The property was beautiful the beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of room for sitting inside or outside for us. We appreciated having the pools close by when the little one I was tired of the waves. The kitchen had every kind of appliance you could imagine hand pots and pans. They only saying that we were surprised by was so many people saying how easy it was to get to the beach just across the street, while that is true it's private there and a little tricky to get there from the condo. We found the perfect solution which we were quite happy with and worked well for us we drove down to 6th Street paid $5 for 4 hours of parking we're literally right at the beach. This mad,e carrying stuff so easy and we ended up leaving all of our beach stuff in the car so we didn't have to do anything else with it it actually turned out to be a really good thing. The only thing I would suggest, and you probably already thought of this is I would have brought a couple of trash bags a couple of things of dishwashing detergent and maybe some sink dishwashing soap and a couple of rolls of paper towels there are limited numbers given to you which was a great start but I just don't like to go buy a bunch of stuff when I'm there that I have to drag home. A little package of that would be perfect for your stay depending on your time.

We needed a small place for a week get away and this was great. The girls loved the pool! We were pleasantly surprised by the space saving floor fans and the ceiling fans😃Beds and pillows were comfy. Recliners we’re great!

This unit is perfect for a family! Great location, clean property, the pools were a lifesaver with the gulf being red flags our entire trip. I had my 3 teens and they enjoyed the bunk room. The property management made check in an easy process. I would definitely book this unit again.

There are 3 flights of stairs to 2nd floor, parking spots are tight , entered to musty smell, toliets running constantly, shower head fell off, fridge dirty, shelves bent, microwave rusted ( it was replaced with new one), moldy air vents, ( said property was inspected by Adam you need lots of quarters for laundry 1.75 to wash 1.50 to dry
Termites in master bedroom, paint chipped ( wish I could post pics) the view is less than desirable
A positive The maintenance man Steve was wonderful, and the pool area was nice
Overall save yourself the headache and don’t book this outdated unkept condo

Walked across the street, GATED, ran into a maintenance man for the condo across the street. “Yeah, all these condos put fences up to keep the PEOPLE ACROSS THE STREET from coming over, they kept trashing the beach.” What!? The closest spot is a several buildings down, along the busy street, NOT a quick walk with small children. We ended up driving East down the street to a public lot w/ access across the street. We’re here in October so I’m sure this little lot is filled up early during the summer.
Turns out there’s even a sign at the front of this building at the little parking lot that says “NO BEACH ACCESS”.

This property was for sale. Our first day I received a text that “your unit is for sale and there’s a showing btwn 11-12, thanks!”
What???? I called them….
…we were at the beach, we had moved in, 2 kids, messy, valuables, etc. We’re not ALL DAY beach people so we were going to come back, clean up, go to lunch, and find an activity. The communication was very nonchalant about it, “they’ll just be 10 minutes, in and out.”
It turned out to be stressful for us, and weird. Thankfully there were no more showings, our youngest takes a nap in the afternoon and we wondered the rest of the trip if another would come up.
Of course, since it’s for sale this whole review might be moot.

The refrigerator door was stained/dirty and the inside of the microwave door was rusted. The coating had come off and rusted metal is exposed. Still worked okay. Didn’t use the oven/stovetop.

This property was phenomenal! I brought my five kids, ages 17 months to 19 years old, and it was perfect. We loved this condo and very much appreciated how clean it was. The only negative was having to cross the street to get to the beach. But the pool on property was fun too! Very family-oriented, safe and quiet.

Easy walking distance to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and there were more than enough beds for our group. We enjoyed using the charcoal grills and my son spent alot of time in the pools. We had a wonderful vacation.
